The most important thing to know about Whitening Strips is to follow the directions.This is a nice set, with a very affordable tag price than brand names out there. Easy to follow directions.My experience with crest white strips was great to a point. I thought I was being a smart cookie, so I left the strips longer thinking my teeth could get whiter. and it did work. But also did have consequences in doing it. Yes my teeth got whiter, but also the edge of my teeth was getting clear, like see-through, so I stopped. This is not a hyperbole, this really happens to me. I did learn my lesson though. This was a few years ago and strips were a lot more expensive too.I don't know if this specific white strip has secondary effects firsthand, but I did read a review in which someone did and wasn't pretty either. So just make sure to follow directions. It is better to be safe than sorry. Do you ever hear the phrase "slow but steady"? Sometimes is best, and in this case, it is.So don't be frustrated if you don't see a huge difference right away, but change will come in time.Just be consistent and for the third time ..." follow the directions". Don't overdo it.My teeth did go back to normal if you wonder about the experience with crest... but I was so worried that I destroy the enamel or worse, I was afraid I would lose them, maybe break, or something because of the chemicals on the strips. Don't forget your teeth are an organic material. Even with that experience, I do like the brand name strips but they are still expensive.So is nice that this SMILESHOW Teeth Whitening Strips brand is a more affordable and still a very effective treatment. If you find that you produce a lot of saliva when you put them on, is normal Unfortunately, I don't swallow that. So I do spit a lot when I put them on. Try not to, because the moisture of the saliva I think helps with the activating process.So this is a nice way to take care of your teeth and save you money in the long run. It doesn't replace the way your dentist will whiten your teeth, I actually believe is safer, but we all know how expensive it is to go. But it feels nice to go see the dentist once in a while. They kind of polish your teeth with a baking soda and toothpaste solution.I honestly use this strip once a year and I do drink a lot of coffee my teeth are fine. Don't get stained as easily. Also, use mouth rinses that are more friendly and not too harsh.These strips are super easy to apply, and instructions are clear to read and understand.I highly recommend it!

They definitely made a difference, not like going to the dentist and having them whitened or anything dramatic- but they did remove tea and coffee stains and they are cheaper and easier than the dentist 🦷.. you can definitely see a few shades lighter if you use them as instructed and stick to it.

They work when you remember to do it! It’s nice just sticking the strips on and continuing with your nigtt but routine. But I have a hard time remembering to do it. Light minty taste but it’s pleasant

These are easy to apply and have a bearable taste. There's definitely a noticeable difference but don't expect magic. I liked them because they didn't irritate or cause sensitivity.

I haven't noticed a difference with the teeth whitening yet but I haven't gone the full 2 weeks as of yet.These strips, however, stick like glue. There is a warning in the instruction to not keep these on your teeth for over 40 minutes and they mean it! I got busy and left mine on for 50 minutes and I had a heck of time getting them off...not kidding...I was ready to get out a butter knife to scrape them off. You've been warned.

I have tried all kinds of whitening products over the years and it either 2 things that prevent me from continued use...taste and sensitivity. It's these 2 things that just turn me off from whitening products, but this product doesn't have a horrible chemical taste nor has it caused sensitivity after prolonged use and that in itself is a huge plus for me as for whiter teeth it's not like a huge difference but it's noticably brighter. Fair price, not horrible tasting and no sensitivity and easy to use is a huge plus. Really like this product

First time I used these I was amazed at the results after the first day! With each additional day, it seemed like it worked slowly. A little bit of whitening each day. After the box was finished I felt like I needed another one.When you put these on your teeth and your saliva mixes with whatever the stuff is on the strips, it turns to a kind of goop that I refused to swallow cause I just don’t trust it. So there was a lot of spitting. It tasted good, I just didn’t want to ingest it.Once you pull it off, the goop (whitening stuff) is left on your teeth at which point you can keep on till you don’t want your teeth to look like it has goop all over them :DI use my finger to take it off then rinse my mouth out.

Works well. Good whitening. Stays in place. Good value for the cost
