These mugs are so durable that we once drove off with it on the back of the pick up truck, it landed in the middle of the highway, rolled to the side and survived. After we spent an hour looking for it in the Home Depot parking lot, as we merged onto the highway, we spotted it! It suffered very minimal damage for such a traumatic event and the coffee in it was still hot and hadn’t leaked! They are sleek looking and easy to hold, easy to clean and easy to use! You get a lot for the value!

This makes your coffee just above room temperature so if you like your coffee hot, this isn’t the cup for you. My $15 Contigo is WAY better. I just leave the lid open to let the coffee cool to a drinkable temp (doesn’t take long) then put the lid on and it stays hot for HOURS. This pulls the heat out and does keep it warm for a long time. But warm is not what I like. Also, it’s heavy. I ended up missing the return date so my hubby who can drink room temperature coffee keeps it as a back up cup. Definitely not worth the money I spent to me.

A temperature-controlled drinking tumbler, what an idea! It cools your drink within a few minutes to drinking temperature and holds it there. We like the tumbler a lot! I bought my daughter a 16 oz and I bought a 10 oz. Both hold slightly more than they are rated. They are classy, slim and easy to hold and easily fit well in a professional environment. They are not too wide to hold, important to us, as we do deal with potential carpal tunnel issues. The green mug has a great grip-type surface, whereas the 10 oz has a slick surface yet does not slip in your hand. There is a "secret" to drinking from the hinged lid on the 10 oz - barely open the hinged lid! Then it works great! This mug holds our coffee and frothed milk at about 135-140 degrees for a long time. The tumbler appears to be made of high-quality materials and we hand-wash because it's so easy and to protect it, but it is dishwasher safe. The company says they are working on a 12 oz size, which we will be getting. Makes a high quality gift. They also have a Lifetime Warranty and are BPA-free. Bought this as a gift for my girlfriends sister. The product is very well made and very well insulated with good weight. Nice inside and out. Reason for taking off the one star is because of the claim that it cools the liquid inside in minutes. Granted, I told my girlfriends sister you have to wait for a little bit to let it cool; about 20 minutes She said it still wasnt cooling it down. I joked with her and told her she wasnt doing it right. I used it with some hot tea and after 20 minutes it was still hot. I noticed that if you flip the small top open and leave it like that, it definetly cools it for drinking within a few minutes. Maybe this was what the company was getting at? But thats the reason for taking off 1 star. Still a wonderful thermal mug

I love the crackle of the phase change material like rapidly melting ice as I pour hot water in. Too much boiling water overwhelms this bottle and makes the liquid undrinkably hot. I pour to about an inch of the top, agitate my tea bags a couple times before removing them, then fill that last inch with cold water. Cap the bottle, a couple quick swirls to ensure heat transfers to the bottle, and it's ready to drinkably hot for most of my work day, amazing! Being able to wash the bottle and lid in the dish washer is a sweet bonus. The drawback of this remarkable technology is the relatively small 16 oz volume for a bottle that might hold 20 oz otherwise. For me, it's well worth it for the temperature control. The simple flip top lid is super easy to clean. It's not water proof for overturning the bottle, but I carry it up upright and have no problems.

Cools the drink like it says, keeps it warm for about 30 minutes. After that it gets cold. Returning this useless cup.
