I purchased this thing which was very expensive thinking that if it doesn't work out I can send it back right away. After receiving it it is very complicated to load CO2 in the grip, can't ever get it to work it's not accurate at all I can't even use it because it never takes a CO2 properly and I've done it properly. I tried for full day even had a professional look at it and he said it was garbage. Only had it a couple of days and when I went to return it they said there was no refunds or returns. Very disappointed in this piece of garbage would not recommend it. Very disappointed

I would have thought with this being Italian made it would have been a good product. First of all the screw mechanism on the bottom of the gun where you install the CO2 cartridge was very close to being stripped and could easily be cross threaded if not careful. Second of all once loaded and ready to fire as soon as you pull the trigger all if the gas releases and all of the ammo is ejected and that's the end of your defense. I tried multiple times and it did the same thing every time. The initial shot sounds like a real gun firing low caliber and seemed to have a decent amount of power. Unfortunately that's the end of use so basically I have a $300 paper weight because you cannot return this item nor was I offered a exchange or another gun. If you want to take the chance on getting one that works I would think twice.

This product cost over 300 dollars lasted one day now when u shoot the gun all the air runs out of the cartridge. Coincidence that the other review had the same problem making the gun worthless. Cannot receive a refund or replacement wonder why. Company is a scam.

Had it for 2 weeks and all the seals in it busted it's junk

This overpriced pepper ball gun is cheaply made and NOT made for protection! It can be used as a doorstop at my shop, which is what I use it for since No Refunds
