I've been suffering with tennis elbow for a while now and was lent a support sleeve from a colleague which improved my symptoms, especially as I have a labour intensive job. After browsing many support sleeves I settled on the ionocore due to the reasonable cost and good reviews. I measured my arm as instructed and preferred the compression over comfort so as my arm measured 30cm I chose the medium (27-31cm). After receiving my sleeve I was disappointed to find I struggled to get the forearm cuff section over my hand and it was too tight to pull up my arm, so was no good for me. As the product info stresses "IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH SIZING, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT", I contacted ionocore through Amazon at 11pm and was surprised to get a reply some 15 mins later offering a free replacement posted to me in the next day's first post. Having received the large sleeve, I've used it to help with my tennis elbow pain, the compression gives me the support I need and takes away some of the pain that I suffer with and it's comfortable too! I highly recommend the product and with the knowledge that if there are any issues, ionocore are keen to sort them out, you can't go wrong with this!

I rarely write reviews but felt I had to as this is a fantastic product. I suffer from “golfer’s elbow” and was in a lot of pain; couldn’t lift the lightest of things. I’d been wearing a normal compression bandage which helped a little, but kept rolling up and would itch after a few hours of wearing. I thought I’d give this a go. Wow! I have no idea how it works, but within 5 minutes of wearing it my arm felt almost normal again! Pain had gone amazingly, and I could lift with it again. Plus I could wear it all day without any rolling or itching. I have no idea if it is just supporting me or helping with the healing too. Extremely comfortable. A fantastic buy, I am really impressed and now hoping IonCore are developing more products for other aching areas (shoulders, hips, wrists, fingers please!!). On sizing, I measured at the top end of “medium”. Whilst comfortable, it was too tight at the band around my bicep. I contacted David at IonCore who responded immediately and sent me the next size up, at no cost, the very next day, and which fits perfectly. Brilliant service I couldn’t be happier. First class product and first class service. I am happy to highly recommend this!

I have now tried the ionocore elbow support sleeve a few times while playing tennis. I have been troubled with elbow pain for about six months now, which I have been assured is not tennis elbow but which can be painful and irritating nonetheless. I am pleased with the support the elbow sleeve provides and recommend the product, though it is really important to remember warm up and down exercises / stretching as well. I didn't notice I was wearing it when I was playing and think I have experienced less discomfort than usual. The only thing I am unsure about is how tight the fit should be. I bought a size Medium, which I think is correct, but there is a little slack in it.

It is comfortable and does the job but after a few weeks has gone loose and lost its shape

Having suffered with golfers elbow for over 6 months and trying various other options I was very glad to try this and find its actually doing a decent job to relieve the pain in my elbow. It is not overly tight or hot and can be worn under a normal shirt without being visible if required.

Injured my elbow 8 months ago, pain comes and goes, but has been challenging lately. I have tried all sorts including physio (which I didn’t find helpful and the exercises too painful to do), tubular bandages, straps, braces and tapes, I was struggling to find something light weight and comfortable so I can get back into the swimming pool. I was skeptical at first, but after wearing it for several hours I’m impressed with it! Has really eased the pain and regained most of my movement, the sharp pain is now a mild ache. I know it’s a long shot, however I am going to try it in the water to see how it reacts. The fabric is thin and breathable, and reminds me of swimwear, with an elasticated band at the top. I’ll update. But overall recommend, would be nice to see one with a firm support, but it’s great! Thank you!

seemed a nice product - comfortable to wear - but 3/ 4 weeks I noticed it was loosing its elasticity - so not doing its purpose anymore. It now loose like a loong sleeve t-shirt... Also not sure where the cooper fibers are - it feels like a regular Lycra sleeve

Lightweight material, using on elbow as have Tennis Elbow. Not too much compression that it hurts. Bought XL for this reason as wanted something not too tight as that causes more pain for me. Good quality and comfortable, doesn’t slip at top, value for money

Ce manchon de compression est parfaitement adapté aux douleurs du coude(tennis ou golf elbow, grosse tendinite des muscles extenseurs). j'ai subi une arthrodèse totale du poignet droit (blocage à vie) et forcément je compense trop souvent l'effort avec le coude,les muscles fatiguent très vite et Miracle..ce manchon de compression fait le job !! la prise de la bonne taille est essentielle pour un usage optimal (taille M pour moi), la chaleur arrive rapidement(fibre de cuivre),le flux sanguin est parfait.. la douleur et fatigues musculaires sont plus faciles à gérer..je suis totalement bluffé par la qualité de ce manchon Ionocore , j'ai d'ailleurs renouvellé l'achat avec le support des extenseurs. Je dors avec ce manchon et pas de soucis particuliers d'où l'importance de bien prendre le soin de mesurer comme indiqué dans le descriptif produit. Je ne peux que recommander ce produit et remercier Amazon pour un rapport qualité prix excellent !! Mon handicap est plus supportable et n'hésitez pas à me soumettre vos questions car je connais parfaitement le sujet. Bien Cordialement. David.
