This has helped my elbow. I could barely lift the kettle ! Quite remarkable. Great customer service as I was unsure of size . Really can’t believe it even after the first day it felt better ! It had been hurting for ages from gardening and squeezing shears etc !

I have both tennis and golfers elbow and purchased the small (arm measures 10in), felt a little too tight and was not sure I purchased the right size, queried with seller and I was sent a medium sleeve free of charge to try. Elbow feels supported when wearing sleeve allowing me to get on with daily tasks (mostly baby lifting!). Now I’ve worn it a few times the medium has stretched a little so I think the small is the correct size once worn for a week or so and stretched. Great product and excellent customer care!

I have tendinitis on both arms since early last year. I was so bad I could not keep a plate on my hands. I started to use the sleeves every single day and step by step now I am in a situation I wear them only at the gym or when I know I need to put more effort to my arms. I am so happy I could have them. Once in a while you will need to buy new one, depends how often you are going to use them. Thank you so much Ionocore for helping me with my tendinitis!

The sleeve arrived promptly and I have now used it for the last week. no sign of any loosening which for me is the most important thing. Would have got five stars if the print hadnt came off almost straight away. Time will tell if it helps the arm.

I tried this for 3 weeks and saw no improvement. Plus after wearing it for 3 weeks, the elastic was knackered and it wouldn't stay up any more.

I was a bit dubious at first but glad that I decided to give this compression sleeve a go. I had been suffering from ‘tennis elbow ‘ for a while and it was affecting my workouts. After a week or so wearing this sleeve at the gym, I have noticed a difference. The pain isn’t as bad as before and I am able to put pressure on my arms a little bit longer each time. I think there’s something about this little sleeve! The pain isn’t prominent as before but I will continue to use this compression sleeve during my workouts. Highly recommended!

I had previously owned one of these when i had golfers elbow, when you first see and try the sleeve it doesn't look substantial enough to provide any support but this is definitely not the case it is the most secure and comfortable sleeve i have tried and i have tried quite a few! I now have Tennis elbow and have purchased a new one as i cant find my old one. The pain is just above moderate but with the sleeve i am still able to play Tennis comfortably, it is secure without being constrictive. I would highly recommend.

Fait le job. En cas de douleur je trouve que cela atténue un peu la douleur (surement parce que le mouvement est plus limité ou parce que le coude est bien serré autour? ). En tout cas c'est une bonne aide en plus des anti-inflammatoires.

Léger maintient, équivalent à un bas de contention, même matière. Doute sur la présence de cuivre comme indiqué. Pour l'instant pas d'effet, à voir dans le temps
