nice chair
I purchased this chair because I have lower back issues. After about 10 minutes sitting in it my back pain is diminished.Originally received the wrong chair and reached out to the seller.I am happy to say I received the right chair today.I had it together in less than 30 minutes.Nice chair it will help my back a lot.I find that it rolls easy, and that the tension spring is very tight but that will get better with time.I can't speak on the reclining feature as where I have the chair is cramped for room.

Nice style, and great features, but not comfortable, badly proportioned.
I really wanted to like this chair. I gave it two weeks to see if I could get used to it, but eventually returned it.Pros:* Nice style.* The leaning back + footrest feature is awesome.* The metal center + metal back support seem strong enough.* Rolls well, and overall seems strong enough (but see the cons about loose screws).Cons:* It's a lot narrower than it looks. It has these "wings" to kind of cradle you when you sit in it. The inner part of those wings is really narrow (I forgot to measure it before returning it) - unless you are very slim you end up sitting *on* on the wings (with a space between the middle of your back and the backrest), and that's just not very comfortable.* The base (the seat) is too long, so if your knees are pressed against it, your back still doesn't reach the backrest. You can help a bit by tilting the back forward, but that's not very comfortable. If you tilt it back to be semi-relaxed, you pretty much have to extend the footrest and stick your feet straight out. (I think they made it so large so they have room for the footrest sliders.)* The back wobbles, because, despite using power tools, I could not get the screws tight enough to actually stay tight. They would be tight at first, then slowly loosen.* Every time you lean it back/forward you loosen the screws holding the armrests to the chair. Eventually they shake and wobble, and you tighten the screws again. But they don't stay tight. They should have added some kind of bearing to let it move instead of letting it ride on the screw.* Smells bad for the first week (does eventually fade).* Not a fan of the material, I was constantly sweating on it - and that was in the winter!* The seat has all this hard stitching on it. So instead of sitting on smooth comfortable material, you are sitting on bumps.* The two pillows are useless. I don't know who they are made for. The lower one is far too thick. The upper one is not adjustable up/down, so unless you are exactly the right height you'll find it useless. They also should have made it possible to leave the pillows attached (for when you lean back), but out of the way the rest of time. Instead of making me completely remove them.So despite really wanting to like it, and loving the leaning back feature, and waiting 2 weeks to see if the material would soften, I eventually gave up and returned it.They need to take this back to the drawing board, and redo it. They have promising elements, but they need to be refined.

Wide seat gaming chair
Received the chair within 1 week of placing order. everything was packages nice with bubble wrap covering all PU leather parts and cardboard wrapped around and tapes onto metal pieces that could puncture pu leather if not wrapped, other parts/ nuts & bolts were included in a plastic front and cardboard back packaging which was a bit annoying to open without accidentally tossing the nuts & bolts all over the floor. instructions are pictures but very clear. Assembaly was very easy I had someone to help me hold up the back of the chair while i screwed in the bolts in an x pattern and then going back around the tighten up to ensure the back would not be lopsided., rest of install i was able to complete alone.Chair is nice quality there were no scuffs or rips what so ever in the pu leather or any of the plastic parts. Seat is firm but does conform, best part about this chair is that it is a gaming chair without the bucket seat meaning my thighs are not smashed together and i'm free to sit however i want even cross leg. I'm around 5'4 120lbs so i cant speak for the imposed weight limit but the height it good it could likely suit someone of similar height to a few inches taller. Foot rest is good for me but my boyfriend who is 6'2 thinks it more of a leg rest and felt like he might break it when testing it out.Chair spins 360 smoothly and rolls quietly from the rubber wheels but needs a little help when moving the chair up with leaver as well the back needs a little help when coming up from the recline position, it does not snap into place and upon lifting leaver it will stay reclined.I would say for $130 this is a nice chair especially since i spent all my money on pc parts i needed something practical but comfortable for gaming.

Lasted me almost three years before dying
Listen when it comes to assembly this chair is pretty easy, I was able to set it up by myself in no time at all. The seat is pretty wide which is cool and the back feels really comfortable. That's where my praise of this chair ends sooner than I'd want. The first problem I had is the foot rest, I'm not that large about 5'6 and 130 pounds and I rarely would recline all the way with my feet up just because of the lack of support. It felt like I was pushing just shy of the edge of the weight limit. Maybe half a year in the leather on the arm rests started to flake away, it wasn't that big of an issue to me since after a little bit the cracks smoothed out and were comfortable to lean on again. A little bit after that the rubber circlet that would hold the bottom in place broke. I still don't know what happened I just remember finding a rubber circle on the ground and being confused. In fairness the chair wore in pretty comfortably up until this month 2 years and seven months in when the back support completely gave out. I can't sit in the chair anymore because there is absolutely no resistance holding the back up. Even the smallest amount of weight and it slides all the way down if you let it.Overall it was pretty good for about 2 1/2 years but when it finally failed it failed completly.

Good purchase.
This is a pretty great chair! Needed a new chair for my room to game. Its very comfortable, versatile and slick looking. The only thing for me is that the backrest sort of slides left and right as it could use a bit more bolts for support. Other than that, have had it for a week. Very comfortable and overall a very good chair for the price, compared to others on amazon. Would recommend!

Comfortable yet not sturdy
Bought this chair a couple of months ago, it was very easy to build the instructions were very good. It is overall very comfortable and I am a big fan of padded armrests and the adjustability of the chair as well as the large seat. However, I have noticed the arms become wobbly at times and have had to take off the screw-hole covers multiple times to retighten the screw as they seem to loosen quite easily. Then as of recently, the whole chair has started to creak whenever I move in it, and I'm not a large person by any means. I tried tightening all the screws and yet it still continues to creak it is very annoying and ruins what would otherwise be a very good chair.

Loved it!
I could not believe how fast I received this, even with a postal strike and Christmas I received in in less than a week. My son loves it. We have bought chairs in the past but he always complained that there were no wheels and would not recline. I would recommend this item. It has a nice wide seat that could fit a larger person, even though my son is very slim he still loves it.

Do not buy
Great chair. Very comfortable. A Christmas present for our son. He loves it. He finds it great for gaming and watching videos.Update 1: After one week of usage, the footrest broke in half. We are very disappointed.Update 2: Contacted the company and the didn't have any footrests available anymore. All they did was send us a $25 refund. Still very disappointed.
