I found out about dashu down perm from YouTube. I decided to take plunge and try it out. I did some research prior to using the product. It is important to completely saturate your hair with the cream. I coated my hair with the entire tube even though my hair is relatively short. I waited 15mins before washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner. After drying my hair, my hair stayed in place and completely flat against my head. The kit comes with a brush and disposable gloves which is great. One downside is that this stuff really smells. Make sure you have good ventilation when you are using it. Not for extremely strong and stiff hair.
It definitely does its job, but hair like me doesn't work as expected. My hair is typical asian men's strong hair which spreads out from your head about 45 degrees or more. Its scent is normal down cream. If your hair isn't too strong and stiff then it might value for money. However, if yours is extremely strong as mine, go to someone who can handle strong down perm chemicals.

Product clearly used!!
Disappointed !!! Product Arrived Used!! I was excited to try this Dashu Down Perm, but it arrived in a plain zip-lock bag instead of the original box, with product already squeezed out, dirty, and with a bad odor. Clearly used. I can’t risk applying this to my son's hair. Very disappointed in the condition.

Good way to make yourself look nice.
This product is really easy to use. Only gel on your side hair and wait few minutes.

It doesn't smell super strong, non irritating, and does the job. It's been almost 2 weeks and my side hair is still nice n flattened. Awesome. Also, it says 5-10 min depending on the thickness of hair. But if you r using this, I bet you have super stubborn hair so I recommend maybe 12-14 instead. Just imo
