You can add or remove stuffing. You can even add a weighted bean bag, which is my plan. This not so little axolotl is the sweetest one I have so far. I love her ruffles on her tail to the wiggly fluffy ears. Her little hands and feet are just big enough for her to wave at you or walk away. jMy daughter was having a tough afternoon and so I Facetimed her with this sweet Axolotl on the cameral waving to my daughter. I got a few giggles and smiles from her. My axolotl blew her kisses too!As adults, I feel we forget how to play. I find it is so important to engage in pretend play with your kids sometimes.... it allows for some not so easy conversations to happen. Because a stuffy might be doing the talking or acting out a scene they are struggling to express verbally on their own.I am off to order a bean bag for this girl's tummy. The axolotl toy was a hit. The package came quite small however I didn't realize that it was essentially vacuum sealed and folded in half. My 8 year old son saw it and nearly lost his mind. He recently learned about the animal from playing one of his video games and a nature magazine. The stuffed is big enough that it can be used as a small pillow for a kid. Honestly, you'll probably be hard pressed finding another toy of this animal and one that's cuter than it is accurate

Comes Vacuum sealed so I waited a day to review to give it a moment to fluff up. The stitching is quality doesn't appear to be cheaply made. The side has a small zipper to restuff it if it looses any fluff over the years. The fabric is extra cuddly and soft very similar to a squishmallow.The stuffing is a tad chunky feeling, it's hard to describe as it is soft and squishy and doesn't detract from quality but it feels like it would break up overtime and be even more cuddly. His tail sticks up when on his belly which is cute. It's as described and super adorable.

This plushie is so incredibly soft and snuggly. My 6 year old son was thrilled to add it to his collection, and said the shape makes it perfect to use as a pillow!Came vacuum packed, but almost immediately fluffed up.

So soft and easy to cuddle. My girlfriend loved it and she even cried. Doesn’t have any weird smell or coloring. Good value for many.

This axolotl is super soft to the touch and is soft to squeeze as well. As soon as my daughter saw it, it was her instant cuddle buddy. I don't think she'll ever give it up. It is super cute to look at as well. If you're looking for a cute, soft plush for a kid, this is a winner - just be aware the other kids might need one too.

My 9 year old son LOVES axolotls. And the fact that this is offered in the newly popular Noodle style is even more awesome! The embroidery is done well, the material is soft and plush, and the stuffing is even and supple. I am extremely pleased with the quality of this stuffed toy and my 9 year old is so happy! We call him Noodle-otyl. :)

This guy is big! He's very cute though, and seems well-made. He comes vacuum-packed, and it's fun to watch him plump up. He has nicely detailed "antlers" and tail, and his whimsical expression will cheer you up.
