Are there a lot of seed in this mix? Trying to find a good low seed mix for my conure as he loves the fruit and nuts

Yes a lot of seeds. Too many small ones for my birds. The fruit content is fair. Too many peanuts. A few bits of wall nuts. Not as good as I expected.
