Very good.
Best work out accessory I bought in a while. It allows me to row with 45° grip, which then gets me to hit mid traps and other muscles I wouldn't get to hit.

Strong, lightweight, strong glue smell
Overall they're good for the job, but the wood is varnished with something which gives it a super strong toxic smell.

Polished wood, very strong, practical
The media could not be loaded. More than happy with these. I think better than plastic. The wood is good quality, and good grip is ensured through allowing middle finger to go through the loop. Good balance. I use for pull ups and rows.I think decent value for money. Might buy another for my brother.
