Well Made Cable
Purchased to interface a Yaesu FT-DX10 to a MacMini for digital modes.While not the fault of the cable, isolation between the computer and radio is required. Though by setting the volume very high the SNR is great enough to overcome ground noise. The correct solution is a pair of isolation transformers and a good ground between the rig and computer. Purchased a pair of "BESIGN Ground Loop Noise Isolators" from Amazon.

I use this to run FT8 on an FT450D. Nothing else required.

Not wired properly to interface with Yaesu radio.
I had to resolder the pinouts to get this to work with a Yaesu FT-1500. It was wired only for audio in/out. Not connected to the PTT pin. After getting this cable, I found that Digirig had a proper cable for $10 less. I was able to get this to work after resoldering connections. But what a pain. Definitely not worth the money. Live and learn.
