LOVIGA Portable AC Sliding Door Vent Kit, 100% Sealing, 10x75~91 Inch

Purchased this for my slider door because I was tired of the terrible plastic window vent that I have been using for years. I was constantly taping them and they still leaked hot air back into the apartment. This new slider door seal kit is amazing. I was skeptical due to the fabric it uses but it works so perfectly I am kicking myself for not buying it years ago. Once I cleaned the areas where the velcro will be sticking to the framing and door, cut the velcro pieces for the top, bottom, and both sides and attached to the door/framing, attaching the seal kit took 2 minutes and it seals so tight, nothing is getting through. The most important part for me was assuring I could still open my slider at night when the AC unit was not in use and that is working perfectly as well. It is easy to tear away the velcro only on the slider door and open it and then close it back and seal when needed. I am so happy I purchased this and have absolutely no complaints. The hole for the actual vent tube works great, seals with the built in crimping string and then I used the velcro strap that was included for added strength and boom, no issues.

This worked so well! So much better than the hard plastic adapter kits. Very straight-forward installation. We don't run the a/c all the time, so have been undoing the setup a fair amount and the velcro has really stood up to the back and forth, it's more sturdy than i expected. It's well-designed to accommodate multiple window heights and just generally very well thought out.

I love this easy to put up. The only problem is when you’re taking it down it leaves residue and it’s hard to get off.

It worked well! It could use a longer trim to fit the length of a sliding door. Other than that it is very adaptable and easy to use.

I needed to replace the shield that came with our AC unit that we lost in a move. It was shocking how much they were charging for the bulky plastic ones like what we had before that were a nightmare to deal with. This thing is genius. I set it up myself with minimal input from my judgemental cats, had it installed in less than 5 minutes. The reviews talking about the velco strips not sticking to the window, I didn't think it needed to be spelled out to thoroughly clean a surface before applying a sticker, but we all learn different things growing up I suppose. No draft coming through, it's secure, minimal noise coming through but it's fabric it's not going to be silent. Recommending this to everyone I know with a standing AC unit.

I've purchased this window seal multiple times, and it's one of my favorite accessories for a portable air conditioner. Once installed, it does a great job sealing around the exhaust hose, helping keep the cool air inside while preventing hot outside air from sneaking back in. Installation is straightforward, especially if you've installed one before, and it creates a much better seal than trying to improvise with towels or cardboard. Overall, this is a product I continue to buy because it works. If you use a portable AC, this is definitely one of those accessories that makes a noticeable difference in efficiency and keeps your room much more comfortable.

It was somewhat easy to install. My window is a little taller than where the horizontal top strips land so it’s hard to get a good seal at the top. After a week, the adhesive on the side where the tube attaches has consistently come off the wall. Everyday I’m having to repress it down. Beats having to cut plastic to size but at what cost.

Works as expected. Was easy enough to install and is much more effective than the cheap plastic cover my AC came with. Super easy to fold down when you want window open and seems to block outside are quite well. The glue on the Velcro isn’t the best so when raking it down I have to go a little slow to not rip it off.

This thing was a god send. So easy to install, was a perfect fit for my needs. What a great replacement for the old, hard, awkward to install panels. This went up in a matter of minutes. Exactly as described. And will be such an ease to remove and roll up and store away till next summer. It is also quite water repellent, having been through a couple of good t-storms, keeping water out. Have already recommended to a couple of others. The price for the performance is unbeatable. Fabulous product! Ten thumbs up!

BEST solution to an awkward sized window or door! I have never had a better system to put up my AC, and since it's all Velcro it can easily be taken down for winter. I will never use those plastic sliding pieces again.
