This is the best phone holder ! Best value, and great performance. I have not made a single adjustment. It has a strong suction to the windshield.

This lives up to what it advertises. I opted for the AC vent holder and it holds steady, doesn’t rattle or shake. It works well and frees up my cup holder now. I’m a big fan of reviews so for my fellow review followers, buy it. It works well.

My daughter has had one of these since 2022 in her van and I got one in July 2023 for my truck and have loved it. It's very adjustable for different situations, well made and holds the phone securely. Just recently noticed it was getting loose and on inspection found that the rubber suction cup was tearing away from the base. Bummer I thought, but it is 3 years old on a vehicle that is in the sun all the time and stuff happens. In looking at replacing it I saw that it had a three year warranty so I sent an email to customer service (service at vanmasslife.com) describing the problem and asking if they could help. Since it was just past the 3 years they said that they couldn't replace the whole thing (understand, gotta draw the line somewhere) but they did offer to send me just a new base with the suction cup to use with the original arm which was still completely functional. So in addition to being a good product, thank you to VanMass and Apricot for really great customer service! Mark M

really like this VANMASS phone holder and can see why it's advertised as heavy-duty. The suction and grip are very strong, and it holds my phone securely while I drive. Once it's mounted, it stays in place and gives me confidence that my phone isn't going anywhere. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because of the charging port access. When I need to plug in my USB-C charging cable, the holder doesn't leave enough room for the connector to fit comfortably. I have to remove my phone from the holder first, plug in the cable, and then put the phone back in the holder. That extra step takes away some of the convenience of having a phone mount in the first place. Other than that, it's a well-made product that performs its main job very well. If charging access were improved, it would easily be a five-star product for me.

I love my phone holder. It is so easy to switch around. The grip stays super grippy even as I have moved this from car to car. I will be buying more as my parents have taken over mine the last time I drove them somewhere. This is a super tough one for a great price! You can charge your phone while using as well.

The good: This item was received promptly and was well packaged. It is made of heavy plastic and feels sturdy. I like the color to match my car. The phone holder is very nice. You must press a button to open it wider. The adjustments on it are very close together so it will most likely do a great job of holding your phone without dropping it. It also comes with wipes so you can clean the surface before mounting. I thought the arm was going to rattle. However, once I put it together and tightened the fittings, it was actually quiet. The bad: The pictures of this item did not show the arm and that was a concern before I made the purchase. Because it doesn't have a flexible neck or arm so I can't turn it the way I need for it to stay out of the way of my vision in my car. My car has a very low windshield so I need the neck to be a bit more flexible. Overall: It's a good product and well- made if you do not care about the arm being mostly fixed in place.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and it's easily one of the best phone holders I've bought. The suction cup is seriously strong and hasn't fallen off the windscreen, even on bumpy roads or in the recent heat. It grips my phone securely without blocking the buttons, and it's really easy to adjust thanks to the rotating arm. I also like that it comes with different mounting options, so I could try it on the dashboard and vent too. It feels well-made and is definitely good value for the money.
