TheCroco Premium Hooded Towel: Ultra Soft, 100% Cotton, Super Absorbent, Thick, and Exceptionally Large

I was really excited for this towel, since I have been looking for a bigger size hooded towel for a while. When it arrived I didn't noticed any damage, but also didn't look for it. I like the size and the towel quality. However, after I washed it and used it with my son, I noticed a large hole on the crocs mouth and on one of the spikes. I was going to return it, but decided to stitch it up myself, since I overall really like the towel. I'm still giving 3 stars and would buy it again, but if I'd get another broken one, I would return it next time.Update on my experience with TheCroco Company:This is probably the best customer service I have experienced. When we came back from vacation, we had a package waiting for us with a NEW towel and a letter from the Company. They didn't just send the new croc towel, they even refunded the old one and included a very nice letter. I have to say I was very touched from the service. I washed the new towel and all is perfect. The Company insured me that it was an isolated case and that they will check with the factory. I updated my 3 stars to 5 because I sincerely believe this was a single case and with this amazing customer service I can happily recommend buying this towel.

We ordered the green crocodile Croco towel for my 7 year old son's birthday. He is a dinosaur fanatic so I was hoping I could pass it off as a dinosaur. He LOVES this towel and is an older child (now 8). Other than being super fun to look at, it is really a great quality towel! It's thick, super absorbent, and big enough for me to use if I needed too. I will definitely be buying 2 more for each of my other children!

This hooded towel has been a lifesaver. It’s bigger than any other hooded towel that we have gotten. My 2, 4, and 7 year old love to wear it around the house. Most importantly, the towel is soft, durable and dries quickly. I will be buying many many more for years to come! Thank you, Croco!!!!!

We ordered this towel for my 2 year old son and he loves it! This isn't thin and short like other hooded toddler or kids towels. It is thick and plush and oversized, he will be able to use it for years! The washing directions recommended washing it alone the first time. I washed it with other towels, it did'nt leave fuzz behind on other towels like I expected, but the lint trap on the dryer was green after! Definitely worth the purchase, I'll order again for gifts!

My little guy loves his croc hooded towel! I love how thick, fluffy and how well it holds up to washes, in fact, it gets softer with each wash! Highly recommend this towel, you won't be disappointed! Bonus, the face of the croc has extra padding to make it pop up like a little visor. The colors are bright and vibrant!

I am super impress with the quality of this towel. I was very skeptic at first and wanted to have a few days before giving my thoughts on this towel. I am very happy with the quality and so happy i got to try it. It is very thick and absorbent. Does not leave long when drying. I have washed it and dried and it feels like I just got it out of its package for the first time. It is super soft and large enough for my baby. She loves the crocodile and loves how bright the colors are. This is her favorite towel. We have bought several towels in the past in animal form and all have been too thin and or leaves long on her while we are trying. This is the first towel that it's perfect all around. Moms, I highly recommend you buy one for your little ones. You will not be disappointed. Now I hope we see a unicorn in the near future because we need a unicorn...lol. over all very impressed and satisfied with this towel.

Edited 01/04/2021: The company's owner reached out to me and apologized for the issues I had with this towel. She said there was a small number of products that didn't receive reinforced stitching and we must have received one. As a courtesy, they sent me a replacement plus an additional towel without me requesting either. I have washed both replacements and they look perfect with no issues on any seams. The customer service was refreshing and perfect as well. The only reason why I did not do 5 stars is because I wished the product had been great to begin with, but I understand things happen and I would definitely recommend both the product and this company to anyone considering purchasing this towel.I bought this for our son for Christmas and washed it right away because I knew he would want to use it after opening it. The hood ripped in at least 7 or 8 different spots, all around the horns and mouth. I washed according to care instructions. With wear and tear already, there is no way this would withstand use from a 2 year old boy. Super disappointed!!

Update (11/21/20): My kids are 3 & 4 now and still using these towels (exclusively). We love them! They still look brand new, and they’re still plenty big enough for my kids. I have also given a couple of them as birthday gifts to other kids. Great product!Update (3/3/19): The company reached out to me after reading my review and very generously sent me new towels, including one more than my original order. I understand that issues happen, and I really appreciate them standing by their products, and their great customer service, so I’m changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars. Other than that one issue, we’ve really enjoyed using the towels for the past few months, so I anticipate many years of use in the future. My kids are 1 and 2 years old, and these are plenty big to use for them to grow into! :)Original review: These towels are very cute and a great size. We got a blue one and a pink one for my kids. Unfortunately, the first time we washed them, I noticed that all of the “teeth” along the edge of the hood came apart. Very disappointing.

3 year old loves it. Wears it as a cape. The towel is a bit thin but dries well. Took about 2 weeks to arrive, so order early.
