SephraLuxury Waffle and Pancake Mix 375g Bag – “Add Water Only” Mixture

Update: we are now on our 4th bag, highly recommend - makes perfect waffles every time 😋We have really struggled to find a nice waffle recipe so I thought I would try one of these mixes……taste super would highly recommend and so easy, just follow the instructions and mix water, i half the recipe so used 500g mix to 400g water and I get 7 square waffles from it, you can make a load up and let them cool and pop them in a tin and the kids can come home from school and pop them in the toaster to heat them back up, I have just ordered my second bag now as they are so easy and delicious 😋

Bought for gift to go along with waffle maker. Good value for money. Easy to mix. Not to sweet. Makes loads of waffles.

I purchased this with a view to trying out brands as commercially I will be selling pancakes and waffles and this is a commercial based mix. I made the mix exactly as instructed, it was pretty simple 1000g mix to 400g water. The batter had a lovely thick consistency and when used with our Sephra Waffle Maker, the Waffle Pops turned out perfectly, soft on the inside with a crunchy shell.However the same couldn't be said for the Pancakes. I tried all sorts of methods, but the pancakes just turned out too hard and doughy/bubbly on the inside, not like pancakes at all. The nearest they looked like were American style pancakes. So if you're after making crepes style pancakes, I would say this isn't the mix for you.For Waffles, go for it, they're perfect!

Easy to use pretty good value for mo ey too..Fab make up as instructed..Pour in a waffle makerThey come out lovely and soft.. but a slight crisp to the outside there amazing..

I have tried this mix on several different cookers (waffle maker/frying pan/mold in the oven). Nothing worked! It sticked to the cooker every time! The outside is burnt but the inside is still soggy. Also the after taste has a stinging sensation on the tongue! Very wired! I wanted to return it, but this item is not returnable! So if you want to try it out, buy the smaller pack! Not recommend at all!

I can only imagine the people complaining have made the mixture wrong because I use tons of this stuff in my cafe and the flavour, texture and everything else is always spot on 👌🏻I use it for both my waffle machines and I use it for my donut machines, both mini donuts and donut bites!!

Sinfully nice. Trying to diet, brought this for the kids and I must admit I've given in a few times.Made this as a thick mix and as a thin mix, would perfer if they gave a guide smaller measurements, say how much water to mix per 2 waffles instead of a large amount. But trial and error, mix water till you get the consistency that works for you.
