do these come off windows and walls?

Yes, my grandkids use the stickers on the sliding door window - and the stickers come off without a problem. We haven’t tried the walls but if used I’m sure they would come off as well.

are these the clear flimsy vinyl or the nice thicker white vinyl? Both are pictured in description & customer reviews.

The stickers I have are clear and flimsy - not thick at all.
