This is an excellent sun lounger and quite competitively priced. It is also weather-resistant: I have been keeping it on the patio for several weeks now (without the cushion, of course) and the rain and wind have not affected it. OK, I took notice of the reviews warning buyers how difficult the assembly was and I spent a good couple of hours putting it together, but the complicated assembly only comes to show how sturdy and stable the lounger is meant to be. Oh, and just for the record, I am a woman without technical skills, with some experience of assembling flat-pack furniture, and put it together completely on my own.

The rattan beds, once assembled a really sturdy and comfortable. They look the business and are attractive to look at, making the garden more inviting. I’d forgotten about the sun canopy - there wasn’t one included, have I missed something?

Product is used as a day bed, & a sun bed/lounger, as my wife is frail. Upstairs/downstairs house, so product kept in living room downstairs & is wheeled out into garden when sunny & dry. Wheels are askew as they rub against frame causing wheels to jam up. It would seem the problem lies in the fixed nut not being in a horizontal position. I have to keep the securing bolt slack so that product will move freely, however the securing bolt unravels, & the wheels falls off. When I get time, I will check this out to see how I can rectify this problem.

I would like to warn customers that after using these beds for the first summer, although they look lovley and cushions are comfortable. After not one summer completed, all the fixtures are rotting and breaking away from the structure. Two wheels have broken and can only be fixed with glue and one reclining back has just completely come away from the bed and cannot be fixed. Although it is just a year since they were actually received. They have barely had 6 months use. £200 down the drain and appalling response from the supplier. Purchase with haste as will not last longer than one summer!!!!!

Nice quality and sturdy. A bit fiddly to put together. Allen keys are provided. Not enough room to use you own t-bar allen keys. There is a spacer tube that goes through the wheel that isn't long enough so when you tighten the allen bolt, the wheels lock. The bolt will come undone eventually. My solution was to drill out the centre hole in the wheel to take two washers to add to the space. Now when tightened, the wheels move freely and the bolt stays tighten. Because of this 4 rather than 5 stars.

Took me a while to assemble but well worth it! Lovely loungers!

Once built it looks good but it's not easy to assemble... You need two people, I'm 60 plus female and I found it hard to tighten fittings. It doesn't help that the help sheet has no words only diagrams,don't tighten any screws until all fitted. The padded cream cushion isn't very smart, poor quality material and very poorly made. Once the lounger was built what a dissapointment to find the cushion didn't fit over the back rest. I had to unpick the cushion to get it to fit as it was going to rip. The lounger is quite good quality and quite comfortable. I only bought one as I wanted to check quality etc before purchasing another. Im I purchasing another no. I would rather pay twice as much and get better.

Arrived fairly quickly. Delivery driver carried it into the house for me. Quite heavy, but packaged well. Took me a while to put it together on my own as I am a middle aged lady recovering from broken bones in neck, back broken sternum and ribs, but I did it all by myself. Instructions are pictures so needs concentration. The padded cushion has velcro fastening to attach to frame and the headrest is velcro fastening too. Just tried it today and it seems very comfortable. I suppose only time will tell how good it is, but at the moment I am extremely pleased with it. Thumbs up
