Effective hand exerciser
I keep one exercise ball in my car where I can easily use it while driving, the others I keep in different locations around the house where I know I’ll have a spare 5 minutes to strengthen my hands. The 4 balls are of differing resistance , but they are all helpful…the best one is the one close by that you are using! I’ve been going to PT for trigger finger treatment, and this has helped the stiffness. It is a pretty small price to pay for a chance at better hand strength and mobility!

A little stiff but works as expected.
I assumed these would be a little bit “squishier” however, they’re pretty firm. All in all they do work as expected.

Nice but kind of small
These egg-shaped hand grips come in handy, but they’re a little bit on the small side. Also, I think they would last a little longer if they came in their own case. They kind of remind me of those sticky Slappy hands without the sticky part.

Size and they’re not too strong that you can’t practice improving your grip. I got these for my dad who has been on bed rest and we’re trying to build up his strength again

Undersized, not as described
My (adult female) hands are small/medium.These eggs/balls are 'way too small to be effective for hand exercises.Disappointed.

Helpful and Fun
My husband had carpal tunnel surgery in October and this has been very helpful for regaining his grip strength. This is also fun for me just to practice my grip strength!

Good for stress relief
These are a really good size for me; fit my hand perfectly. The colors are nice. It feels good to squeeze them and helps calm you down. I'm sure there are other benefits, too, like keeping your hands strong.The only reason I did not give these 5 stars is because the material is very gel-like. They feel like they are going to leave a residue on your hand, but they don't. They just feel that way.Overall, I am glad I got these. I keep one or two on my desk in easy reach for when I need to just relax.
