Wasn’t sure what to expect but this works very well and charges my i8 very quickly compared to other charges I have tried. Hopefully it will continue to work for years to come.

This is a very simple, not much info displayed L2 charger that does exactly what it's suppose to do, delivering 220V 16Amp charging, and so far so good. My only problem is the plug (to go into outlet) is a 90 degree L. So if your outlet's round ground plug is oriented towards a wall or obstacle near, it could get hard plugging in because the cord takes a 90 degree turn right out of the plug.

I just received it today and tried it for the first time. I charged my Nissan Leaf for 3 hours and it gave me an additional 10% on the battery meter. I checked like every half hour to see if the charging cable got hot. It did not. This was on a regular 120v outlet.I only charge in my garage using a regular 120v outlet with the Nissan original EVSE which is very heavy and bulky. This is good to keep as an emergency back up charging cable to leave in your trunk. It is compact and lightweight and comes with a carrying bag.

I bought this when I bought my Tesla instead of buying their overpriced charger and it works great! I just use the adapter that comes with the car and plug it into the wall when I need to.

Charger works great just as expected. I also purchased a 240v and it charges twice as fast. Good opcion if connection is available. Great cable quality. Overall good product.
