The base is only about 2.25 inches, not 3.77 inches as stated. The opening on top is 3 inches. If you buy this thinking the top opening is 5 inches because you have a bigger bouquet of flowers, your flowers won't fit easily. This is a very small vase. As anyone who buys vases and work in the floral business, you understand vase sizes are reflected in the price. One star removed for incorrect size.
