Good bands - only criticism is that it would help if the weight of the resistance was printed on the bag of each one!

I was advised by a physiotherapist to get this band to help strengthen my calf muscles and it is working. A very inexpensive band and does the trick.

I'd say a little over priced for what it is. However, it does feel strong & seems to have decent flexibility.I'll be testing it properly for strength/mobility exercises Monday

Why did you choose this product over others?:mine snapped and I needed a new one for Pilates

I bought this at the end of May, and it snapped in mid September. I only used it 2-3 times a week and not for very long each time either (I bought it for specific stretches recommended by a physio).My wife has other resistance brands from a different company and they're still going strong after a few years.

After a full knee replacement, movement was difficult and I found these with the recommendation from my physio therapist to help getting moving and then strengthening after a while, due to the different strengths of resistance in the setGreat quality and a really good priceThey made a big difference and help enormously

The resistance band seems fine but have not been able to use it as no guide was included as stated in the description. Tried to contact the seller but was unable to as the message I wrote would not send.
