I love this. I’ve only made it through a third of the woods so far, but this has been a real treat. The ritual of making the drink is fun, the smell of the smoked wood is really nice, and I love the infusion. I’ve mostly used it with scotch, but also made a smoked cosmopolitan that I liked.
