This product I think sells itself. No one is using a mop and bucket on their expensive hardwood floors. So it's great that Swiffer came out with a hardware floor cleaner. This product works great. Look at the pads and you can see how filthy they are so you know that this is doing its job. I recommend it to anyone that has hardwood floors. It's not going to damage your floors as long as you don't leave the liquid standing there. You have to mop it up and move it around and it will dry evenly. It doesn't leak from the Swiffer mop itself. It lasts pretty long too. It's like a little bit go the long way. Been using it for a while now and we love it
