Sturdy case and has saved my phone several times when dropped. You know it is good piece of equipment when your phone survives falling off of your vehicle and hits the paved asphalt. I did not realize phone had been left on the outside of vehicle and I drove off with it like that. Someone found the phone and returned it to me. The little piece of hard plastic that highlights the case did get chipped as did a little section of plastic on the bottom, but my phone received NO harm which is amazing!!! Typing this review on said phone. I did reorder another pad to replace the one that got messed up when it fell onto the highway. Thrilled that they still make the same case. I stand by this case 100% and recommend it. Well worth the price you pay for it. If ever a need for another case, I will stick with Otterbox. It truly works at protecting your phone.When I took my phone out of the case that had gotten damaged, I did note that the backside of my phone was scratched due to some dirt or something getting between the case and phone. Not sure how or if the case could be fixed to keep this from happening, but the new case covers the scratches and did an excellant job of protecting my phone!!!Also, when I was changing out the case, I noted that if I wanted to change the colors of the cases a bit, I could still use the pink soft rubber outside of the old phone case with the new inner hard plastic piece of the new case. The new case is greenish shade. LOL

It fits my Galaxy S23 Ultra perfectly and provides excellent protection without being too bulky. The quality feels durable, and it has held up well to everyday use. Ive dropped my phone down the stairs or even on the concrete and no cracks occurred!! Definitely worth the purchase

Very sturdy case. Fits 23 ultra perfectly. Two things to note: 1) it makes the already large phone even longer, so consider that before buying. For example, the phone will not fit in the Tesla Model Y center console charging pad with this case. 2) if you need to take the phone out of the case, pull the rubber outter layer off and open the plastic tension locks. I didn't realize that at first and nearly cracked the phone trying to get it out. Otter box does not mess around when it comes to securing phones properly.

Amazing case. I replaced my original Otterbox case after 6 years. It was still good but the charger cover tore after 6 years. This case fit just as good as the first time I purchased my original one. I recommend this case for Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra cellphones. It's easy to install and the grip is good on both sides because of the lines which are angled for better grip. Thank you. I am very happy with this case. Also in all 6 yeaes of my original case, I dropped my phone at least a thousand times or more and not once did my screen crack or shatter or cause any malfunctions when dropping my phone from a height of 6 feet. 5 ☆

Second one for the same phone. Wore the last one out and felt bad to use warranty for something that gave me almost 2 years of protection. Well worth the money.

This case is a replacement for my last- exactly the same- one for my Galaxy s23 Ultra. The first case lasted 22 months. The small flap that protects the charging port tore off fairly quickly (within the first six months) because it's just a piece of silicone that gets folded back and forth every you charge. The bottom of the plastic frame cracked a few months ago and finally fell off last week. I discovered (by dropping it) that the phone pops right out when dropped, so I needed a replacement.Overall, I'm really satisfied with this case. It fits well and is sturdy and dependable. My phone goes with me everywhere- hiking, kayaking, running, being dropped on concrete, hardwood, asphalt, being played with (and sometimes thrown) by toddlers, you name it. Otterbox cases have done an excellent job protecting my phones, and it's even more important to have a good case now that most phones have glass backs and curbed glass on the front.The case doesn't come with instructions, so I'm including some photos of it disassembled. The case has three pieces- a silicone outer sleeve and a plastic frame inside. The hard plastic frame is two pieces that must be snapped apart before you put the phone in.

The case fit perfectly and is really durable. There was no issue installing it and the color was right on point. The grip makes you know it is going to secure the phone. I would buy this again.
