Nice camera for kids
The media could not be loaded. In an age when most kids are probably already taking photos with smart phones, it might be nice to hand them a dedicated camera for videos and photos. No games included—it's just a camera. The quality of photos is decent, considering that they are only 5 megapixel jpegs. Videos are also passable, although they'll appear jumpy compared to most cell phone video since there is no stabilization. The controls are easy enough for kids to use, and they can immediately view the results on the camera's screen or download them via the enclosed USB-C cable or by taking out the micro SD card and downloading to a computer. The included card is only 4 GB, but the recorded files are quite compressed, so it should hold quite a few videos and photos.Considering that the camera will mainly be handled by children, the warning that it shouldn't be splashed with water is a little concerning. The housing is hard plastic rather than a more cushioned type, but since the camera is quite light, one can hope that it won't break if dropped a few times. It does come with a neck strap. There's also a port for attaching it to a tripod.Overall, there's nothing to critique about this camera that would reduce it from a 5-star rating. Just be aware that the photos and videos won't be up to smart-phone quality.

Small, durable, good picture quality; great beginner camera for small child
This is a nice beginner camera for the young photographer. I really like the simple, durable build of the camera. Controls are basic and easy to use. Picture quality is surprisingly good for what it is. It is memory capable to expand storage space. I like that the camera is rechargeable by USB C. Overall, the camera has a simple, durable design with good picture quality. It would be a good option for a young child's first camera.

Great for toddlers
I got this for a little kid who was constantly stealing their siblings’ cameras. This was a perfect alternative. For the age I got it, it’s perfect. I don’t think it would suffice for an older child, though. The screen is small, and it feels somewhat like a toy. The image quality is fair.I found the camera and playback functions to be really simple and easy to master, which is great for little kids. It’s not complicated at all.Again, this is perfect for little kids who just want a simple camera for the enjoyment.

We let our toddler use it (**supervised**)
We enjoy giving this to our toddler to play with for short segments of supervised time. I say supervised, because if it is important to avoid choking hazards with the memory chip for anyone under 4 years old. She's still trying to figure it out and loves just looking at the digital picture and pressing all the buttons. When she inadvertently takes an actual photo, we get a laugh out of her "artwork." We look forward to seeing what she chooses to photograph as she gets older and understands the concept of a camera more.

Great 1st camera for kids
This made an amazing birthday present. My kiddo loves it. There have been almost 500 pictures taken already and it still has space available. It has different frames and filters you can add while taking pictures. The battery seems to hold up well. I have charged it once and it has been used for 3 or 4 days now.

What a cute camera!
This came in today and I absolutely love it! It’s durable, works well and my daughter loves it! It’s a great first camera for any little one as it’s virtually unbeatable. I recommend this camera for anyone with small children or to give as an awesome gift!

A bit overpriced
The "myFirst Camera 10" seems like a suitable option for introducing young children to photography and capturing their creative moments. The 5MP photo and video capabilities, along with the 32GB storage and tripod screw adapter, could provide a fun and engaging experience for kids aged 4-9. However, it's important to consider factors such as build quality, ease of use, and battery life to ensure the camera offers a positive and lasting experience for young users.
