I have recently switched all of my vitamins to liquid as my doctor has confirmed what I’ve been reading, and seeing that they do tend to absorb much better for the in the body than pill form I do take magnesium to help with restless leg, and also sleep the taste of this was good maybe a bit too good as I question how much sugar is in it that’s causing it to be as sweet as it is Also the bottle is small and for somebody who takes those twice a day I went through this pretty quick and for the price I’m not really sure if this is worth it and also I don’t mind having good flavor but like I said this almost taste like candy, so kind of questioning that , but on the plus side, this did arrive pretty quick it taste good, and it was packaged nicely
