MerrellWomen's Vapor Glove 6

As the name says, feels like barefoot
Seems true to size, i am 9.5 but usually buy 10s in sneakers, running shoes. 10 is perfect for me in these. I am finding them very comfortable, so much so that I am buying another pair. Some buyers complain about a lack of arch support, but when I put them on, it does almost feel like I am barefoot, as advertised, and barefoot on a floor does not provide arch support. These do have some slight arch support and slight padding for the bottoms of my feet. That is good for me because in the summer, I sometimes go barefoot in the house--my feet seem happier when I do that part of the time--but it is too cold to do that in all seasons. These are great to wear around the house, like better engineered slippers. Plus, I like the protection from stubbing my toes that shoes provide. Merrell's tend towards having an arch that is too high for me, but these are fine, I like the flatter arch. The shoes seem to work well with bare feet or with thin socks, depending on weather and inclination. You can definitely slip them on either way, without messing with the shoelaces. I would reserve judgement on wearing these for a hike or heavy exercise--the light support might not be enough. And I have not worn them for 8 hours a day yet. I usually change shoes to go out in the garden and work, something with thicker soles for digging and already dirty.

VERY comfortable but run a bit small
I don’t think I’ve ever written an Amazon review before, but I had to come here to say that these shoes are the most comfortable things I’ve ever put on my feet.Re: Sizing/fit:I have fairly narrow feet and (maybe?) longer than average toes. My regular shoe size is 6, but in recent years I’ve learned that tennis shoes should apparently be a half-size larger than regular shoes. Due to that, I have been wearing a 6.5 in another brand.Originally, I ordered a size 6.5 in these and could immediately tell, even while wearing slightly thinner socks than I’d normally be wearing, that my toes were up against the front of the shoe.I ordered a 7 to try, and it seems like a perfect fit! Finally took my shoes out onto the streets yesterday for the first time and am not disappointed. We shall see how long they hold up. But the price is very fair.

Nice shoe
I love the shoes however more support would make them more comfortable.

Great shoes
I love these shoes! They came covered in pet hair for some reason but I brushed them off and they were like new 😂

Love the comfort of this shoe. Wide roomy toe space. Very flexible and good gripping sole

Runs small
Runs small so I won't be able to keep them. Toe box is nice and roomy. I like the zero-drop---toes and heels are at the same level. The shoe is minimalist though, I can feel every rock, pebble, and rough part of the asphalt or rocky trail; would prefer a tad more cushion. For me, these shoes would be OK for wearing in the gym or for walking on smooth sidewalks.

Barefoot Shoes!!!
I have gout and a bunion and these shoes are great! I can wear them all day without even realizing I have had them on all day. These are barefoot shoes so there is no real cushioning on the bottom sole, but somehow, the reduced my foot pain. The grip of the outer bottom sole is great!

disappointing
rubber toe cap is uncomfortable rubs and makes the short also zero arch support
