Wheel broke in a week. Had to put a cushion on the seat as the seat has very little padding. Also had to get a cushion for lumbar support as there is none. Defeats the purpose of the vibrating massage feature. Armrest padding is flimsy and don't think they will hold up very long. Very disappointed in this purchase.

This was a great idea, although is not durable. I have had mine over a 18 months. I work full-time from home and sit in it 40 hours a week. The power cord has been broken Where it cannot be fixed. The seat cushion has smashed down so much that I can feel the little massagers in the seat And is making my back hurt This chair is a great idea. It is not durable at all.
