Customer services is good and speaker quality is good, you cant go wrong.
I would recommend this sub and I perform regularly at festivals. Lined in in a row with a few more and this offers some serious low end. Not exactly infrasound but deep enough for what you pay... The shipping company completely destroyed the first one they sent, rana fork through the front and still delivered it!! These guys made it right and promptly sent a new one out. Great customer services.

An actually decent bass sub for the cost.
This sub is absolutely amazing. Very nice quality... heavy... shakes my house from the basement. Excels in the 40 hz range... doesn't really get much lower than the high 30s. Not for sub sonic but for most bass and movies it's awesome. Doesn't have to be cranked up to be loud as F#$@. Bass that punches and you can feel the air moving in the room... pant legs flap. These punch way above their price. Not the best features on the Amp but it's enough. Could use locking xlr inputs but it's a budget sub. Gets the job done and with gusto.

Very impressed!
It's always a little scary to purchase a speaker without hearing it first but I decided to take a gamble on this one. Wow, I am shocked! This speaker blows me away for sound quality and spl levels at the price point. I don't know what the actual SPL levels are, I can't find any documentation online, but I can tell you that this thing gets loud and thumps. Using just one for for various events ranging from small to large has been plenty so far. Hands down, for the cost, you won't find an overall better sub. You would easily be looking at three to four times the cost before you start achieving what this sub can do. With that being said, here are a couple thoughts. 1) The limiting light is for input, not output. There is no volume protection for this speaker. In theory, you can push it too hard and blow it. I assume the limiting light means you are driving it too hard but you can crank it up to 10 and as long as the limit light is not blinking, it should be okay? That's my best guess. 2) I have to set the volume really low during background music, it adds a ton of bass. However, when I get to my dance set I need to turn the volume up on the back of the speaker. Not sure why the bass does not get incrementally louder with my mains.

love it!
Value for money: Great value for the occasional "weekend warrior" or just to have in your band rehearsal studio. Can't say how it would hold up with frequent, heavy use, but it does seem well built. Functionality: I have two powered Alto 15" 2-way speakers running with this. Easy to set up using 4 XLR cables (two into the woofer from the mixer; two from the woofer out to the speakers). Sound quality: At a recent 250-person large-room reception, this woofer only needed to be turned up to around 30% to provide some impressive bass for the overall mix. Weight: Large and heavy (the 18" woofer). A heavy-duty handcart with pneumatic tires and a ratchet strap helps me get it safely up and down steps.

Did not work
Purchased this speaker for Mardi Gras for our float on Feb 14th when the DJ removed it from the box and we hooked it up it was distorted and low power to where it could not be used.

A pesar de ser una marca poco conocida en el mercado desempeña muy buena labor aportando un bajo potente y en lo que respecta a calidad precio lo veo súper bien de hecho lo recomiendo 100 %

Beware no wheels
My only complaint is it should have wheels on the bottom. Very heavy but sounds great.
