This pineapple peeler works like magic. I honestly never expected peeling and slicing a pineapple to be this easy. It cuts cleanly and evenly with very little effort. Yes, it does have sharp edges (as expected for a tool like this), so you just need to handle it carefully. But overall, it feels sturdy, well-made, and very simple to use. Definitely worth buying — great value for the price.

Decent bit of kit that seems to do what it says on the tin. You do get a bit of mess from the juice, but I'd say it's definitely cleaner and quicker than using a knife. Pulling the big pineapple cylinder out of the shell is quite fun! We've used it twice, with the first smaller pineapple cut as intended but the rings needed trimming in places. Second larger pineapple was perfect, all fruit no skin. Time will tell on durability, I imagine the metal bit will last a long time, with the plastic catches that secure the handle probably being the most at risk of breakage over time. 5 stars so far, will update review if it ever breaks!

I’ve broken my right shoulder and couldn’t manage to cut up pineapples but this gadget is amazing! Makes cutting up a pineapple so easy!

Excellent and works very well would recommend this product

This is a really handy tool that cores and slices a pineapple in seconds. It’s easy to use, and the included chunk accessory is a great bonus — it quickly turns the slices into bite-sized chunks with minimal effort. The only downside is that it doesn’t work as well on smaller pineapples — it can cut through the sides, which causes juice to leak out and reduces the amount of usable fruit. I’ve found it works much better with larger pineapples, which tend to be sweeter anyway. I now go for the bigger Jaffa pineapples (about £1.60 at Tesco), which give the best results. Overall, a great time-saving kitchen gadget for pineapple lovers — just be sure to pick the right size fruit!

Personally, worthless to me. It smooshed my pineapple terribly & wasted at least a half cup of juice. Returned. I will continue to use my trusty knife to cut up a pineapple.
