Confortotal 12000 BTU Mini Split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump 110V Ductless,1 ton,with WIFI Compatible with Alexa

I installed two Confortotal 12,000 BTU Mini Split Air Conditioners, and I’ve been very happy with them. Together they do an excellent job keeping my home cool, even during hot summer days. Once they reach the set temperature, they maintain it consistently without constantly cycling on and off. The installation was straightforward if you’re familiar with mini splits, and the units have been running quietly and efficiently. The indoor units are surprisingly quiet, and the outdoor condensers aren’t overly noisy either. I also like the energy efficiency compared to running central air. My electric bill has been reasonable, and I can cool only the areas I’m using instead of the entire house. Overall, these units offer outstanding value for the price. If you’re looking for an affordable, reliable mini split system that cools well and operates quietly, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Confortotal 12,000 BTU model. I’d definitely purchase them again.

This mini split works great in my garage.I have it set at 77 degrees and it keeps ir at that temperature and both inside unit and condenser are super quiet the best $400 plus dollars I have ever spent.I highly recommend it

Okay, me and my husband was able to install it with no problems at first. I got an estimate from electrician, and he told me 1500. Which I thought was crazy.I found a youtube video that told me how to install this exact system.And we were able to do it in a few hours. The plug was a game changer.The fact that I had to do no electrical work was amazing. I have used the AC and the heat. Both are working beautifully, and the best part is my electric bill is still about the same. When I was running the heaters in my office, it was through the roof.

Brand new 12000 btu unit. Installed professionally. Ran for over 3 hours day 1, then it ran for over 4 hours day 2. It only blows out cool air in heat mode, with fan on high, electric heat option turn on, fast mode turned on as well... the unit just does not heat up. My garage temperature never got over 60 degrees. I been trying to contact customer support before leaving this review, but no success with that. So here i am. I Will change review if issue resolved. But as of right now this was a big waste of money. I read the negative reviews prior to buying but I also read the positives and figured I'd give it a shot. Won't happen again.

It’s the best purchase I’ve ever made. I installed it in my garage—you wouldn't believe how cool it feels in there. I also love that I can turn it on from work via Wi-Fi. I’m not trying to advertise, but it really is easy to install and offers so many benefits, since you can set it to whatever temperature you like. I honestly recommend it.

works great but the manual is not the best, does not come with a wall plate template and the remote does not light up and that means if I want to use the remote in a dark room I have to get up and turn the lights on to see the remote

I’m a Refrigeration Mechanic and I purchased the 2nd unit in 2026. One of the main reasons I bought this is because it plugs directly into your 110v wall outlet. The benefit is that you don’t need to run conduit to your electrical panel. Pull your vacuum for 45 minutes and your good. After setting it up it's a plug and play unit. Also, hold the +/- button for 5 seconds to change from Fahrenheit and Celsius. For my situation this unit is a game changer and is a definite buy.

Edit- AC works great... maybe too great. Dehumidify function works well as I can drop a room from 60-50% humidity in about an hour. Ended up getting a 2nd unit and my review is the same. Worth the price especially if you DIY and not fork out $1000 for an 'expert' install. Easy to install. Takes some initial courage drilling a hole to the outside, but once you get over that and feed the lines out it gets easier. Vacuum pumping is much easier than I thought. As for the mini split itself... I love that it plugs into a 110 outlet INSIDE so I did not need a dedicated circuit run. Heats great so far. The app to control it (Smart Life) did take a few mins to get working as if you fail to connect you have to unplug unit to try again. Tested AC and it was cold. Will know better next year. Runs quiet inside (around 40db) and outside unit you can barely hear. Very happy so far... And this is a DIY unit as long as you have a vacuum pump and a hole saw. I added line covers outside for curb appeal
