This Mini split system is phenomenal, very efficient and economical, cools my living room and dining room which is about 550 square ft. Lowered my electric bill by 30% compared to my original central HVAC system. This system has a heat pump as well; I'm looking forward to seeing how the heat works this winter.I recommend this system to anyone.

My husband installed this, easy installation. Vacuumed the lineset and it does not get cool at all. Unfortunately I cannot send back because it was ordered in Feb and he just got a chance to install. 600 paperweight

Never thought it's gonna working like expensive AC unit, first time buy I this type of ac that we can plug in in regular outlet just like table fan or fridge, also it's working excellent so far , I hope it's working like this for years , for safety reasons I bought extra warranty for 4 years also, still this unit need professional installer, I paid $ 950 for professional installation, noise label is excellent, size is very compact, ones I put on wall quality looks much better, cooling is also great , I watch YouTube video for change change temperature from celsius to fahrenheit, overall so far I am very happy with my purchase, I will update review after few months, hopefully it's working great

Works better than I anticipated. Awesome purchase and was easy to install. I've recommended to friends and co workers already! Do your research and dont be afraid to do it yourself.

1200 BTU mini split kept us cool all summer, and is keeping us warm this winter. Installation was reasonably easy. I ran the pipes through a basement wall and installed up stairs on an interior wall. Mounting the blower on the wall was a little tricky with the piping running inside the wall, but doable. My only complaint is the exterior unit arrived with damage, mostly cosmetic. One foot got broken off during shipping and was gone. The packaging on the heavy exterior unit needs to be more hefty. Corners need reinforcing. The corner with the broken foot was sticking out of the package. I didn't feel like the damage was bad enough to go through the trouble of returning. I bought a vacuum pump to evacuate the lines and test for leaks. Search YouTube for videos on installing this unit, if you've never done one.

Super quiet and works great. Cools off our house even when it's over 90 out. We'll worth the money

We absolutely love these. We purchased 2. Our home has hot water baseboard heating, so there is no ductwork for AC. We have used 4 AC window units for the last 12 years and they had a hard time cooling the house when the temperature hit the high 90s. The window units also let and the bugs in. These 2 units almost cool the whole house (2200Sqft ranch) on there own. I would remove them every fall to cut down on our heating bills and put them back in the spring. I am 68 years old and every house I lived in had hot and cold rooms. I love to control the temperature in each room. We have a few rentals and plan on installing them there also. Great value and very quiet.We have had only 2 issues, one of the remotes doesn’t work very well. I need to point it directly at the unit our other one works even when it is pointed almost anywhere in the room?
