This helps me manage my KP. it doesn’t stop it from coming back, but it feels nice right out of the shower and the next day. It doesn’t do much visually, but it makes my arms smoother (by that I mean i still have scarring, discoloration, and my arms still look like they have KP). I’m going to continue purchasing because it’s a great exfoliater, but it didn’t cure my KP at all. I’m also using a urea cream and another cream for KP, so results may vary if you’re relying solely on this bar. I used it every 3 days and it lasted me about a month. If you use to often, your arms can get raw and sore, so just be aware and dont overdo it

I was a little skeptical trying the microdermabrasion bar out, because I thought I had usually exfoliated pretty well. Over the past year though, I started getting these little hard white bumps on my legs and overall my skin has become a lot dryer. So, in addition to my normal scrub and lotion, I wanted to try something else out before making a trip to my dermatologist. Wow! This bar has worked great! I didn’t use it that often at first (maybe 1-2 times a week), because I wasn’t really sure if it would irritate my skin. That didn’t work at all though, so now I use it 3 to 5 days a week. And it has completely cleared up my skin. No more bumps and my legs are softer now than they have been in years. I highly recommend using this bar! It does have a lot of grit to it, so I could see that it might be irritating to your skin if it was really sensitive. And it does leave a bit of a residue in the bottom of the shower when you first use it, but that washes away pretty quickly. Even with that, it’s completely worth it. I don’t know how severe my case was compared to others, but I suspect it might be on the milder side. I have no idea if it would work as well for someone who has a lot of bumps, but it definitely made a total difference for me.

I love love love this soap. It was sold out for nearly *2 YEARS* during the pandemic, and I was going crazy! Nothing I found was a good substitute! First, this soap is gritty. It is exfoliating. It does not moisturize your skin, so if you have dry skin, make sure you take that into consideration. Personally, I love it. Its perfect for exfoliating before/after I shave my legs, exfoliating my KP on my arms, keeping my elbows from getting nasty, etc. Second, this does have a fragrance. It's not strong, and it doesn't linger, but if you're sensitive, this may be a problem. I don't know how to describe the smell, except for like a cedar/pine herbal smell. (I get migraines triggered by strong fragrances, and this is not strong enough to trigger a migraine for me). It does smell really strong coming out of the wrapper, so fair warning. Third- this lasts forever! It lasts a lot longer than you think it should! It's a great value! (That being said, after going without for 2 years, I'm never not having a spare bar iny bathroom).

I bought this based on someone's review on a lotion my dermatologist recommended. She said the combo of this soap and that lotion (LaRoche-Posay Lipikar Urea 10%) was a game changer for KP. YES IT IS. This soap is amazing (and I used this with my old lotion first - the soap did better than the lotion alone. And the soap in combination with the new lotion? My skin has never looked better. For the first time in years, I don't have a 'snow shower' of dry skin coming off when I remove my trousers/jeans (gross I know, but it's true). The exfoliation is invigorating and is making a giant difference, and I think it's helping the lotion work better too. I've been using this soap for just over a month. No more ingrown hairs, like AT ALL. None, for the first time in years and years. I like the smell too. I use this soap every shower on my legs and other problem areas, followed with shower gel for the rest of me. It's amazing. Get it!

I bought this soap because I have very sensitive skin. When I shave, the skin on my legs gets bumpy and sensitive. It doesn't feel smooth. After using this soap my skin is soft and not irritated even if I shave!!! My #1 problem, aside from the one I mention, is that my arms have always had little bumps and not smooth. This is an issue that I tried to correct with products in the past and have not work. After 1 use I immediately notice the difference!!!! Just 1 use!!! I have use this soap a couple of times by now and I'm pleased to say my arms are almost completely smooth!!! The smoothest ever!!! it's like a miracle soup!!!! Plus, my skin does feels better. Softer, tighther, no bumps. It's a must have! amd it feel a great and smells good. I cannot recommend enough! I have had insecurity over my arms since always and now this soap is vanishing that problem. I am so thankful! Thank you! This soap is ideal for everyone. For someone with some kind of skin condition like bumps etc. or if simply you just want your skin to be nourish and tighther. This will always be my go to soap!!! Don't hesitate, buy now!!! I saw a review under this product with someone that was dealing with KP. She used this bar in addition to the La Roche Posay lotion that has urea. Since buying this product I've used it probably 3-4 times. I use it according to the instructions and rub in circles across my legs which are my main problem area. It has a very pleasant scent and leaves my skin feeling clean. I then get out of the shower dry off and lather myself in the La Roche lotion. My only gripe about this bar is that it's excessively big compared to the standard soap bar containers you'd buy in the travel section at any store. I haven't found a good way to store it besides a ziplock bag. Otherwise it's an excellent product.

Srsly dislike the soap scum 😒. Worst I've ever seen; shower or be prepared for a post-bath shower & a lot of cleaning! How it cleans me? 5 stars! BEST, most thorough body exfoliatant I've ever used; hands down. I also love the eucalyptus scent; feels like a spa treatment! A soapy spa treatment. 😌
