I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks and I do feel noticeably calmer, especially during stressful workdays. The mixed berry flavor is nice, not too sweet or artificial. I like the combination of ashwagandha, magnesium, and GABA—it’s a solid blend. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it took a few days to start noticing the effects. Overall, it’s a great addition to my routine and I’ll keep using it.

Like most supplements I thought this would be snake oil but now I see the reason why this is out of stock everywhere. In just a few days I noticed I was less on edge and wasn’t sweating the small stuff as much. Well worth the and the hype.
