Kid friendly all purpose cleaner
A disinfectant that kills germs, has a very mild smell but is safe to use around my kids. I've used this cleaner in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and my kids stuffed animals. It has a faint chlorine smell but fades very quickly and neutralizes odors. Highly recommend!

Powerful, safe deodorizer
As a multi-pet household with both a cat and a dog, managing unexpected odors is a constant battle. I purchased this Briotech Extra Strength HOCl cleaner specifically for its professional deodorizing claims, and the performance has been absolutely stellar. Odor Elimination: This spray doesn't just mask pet smells with heavy artificial perfumes; it genuinely neutralizes and eliminates them. It works incredibly fast on stubborn, deep-seated odors, leaving the air and surfaces feeling completely fresh and clean. Surface Versatility & Safety: I’ve tested this rigorously across multiple surfaces in my home. It performs excellently on hard surfaces, but the real test was on my rugs and couches. Because it's peroxide-free, I was able to treat soft fabrics without any fear of discoloration or bleaching. It left zero residue and caused absolutely no damage or fading to the materials. The Packaging Flaw (Crucial Tip): The only drawback—and the reason I’d give it a slight critique—is that it arrives in a transparent bottle. Hypochlorous acid (HOCl) is notoriously light-sensitive and degrades when exposed to UV rays, losing its efficacy over time. While the cleaner itself is fantastic, shipping and storing it in a clear container isn't ideal for maintaining its extra-strength potency long-term. Final Verdict: I will absolutely buy this product again because the formula works wonders on pet messes and odors. However, when my next bottle arrives, I plan to immediately transfer it into an opaque spray bottle of my own to protect the integrity of the solution. If you have pets, this is a must-have in your cleaning arsenal!

So far, so good.
So I've worked for a company that generated HOCL. I do not work for or have any affiliation with BRIOTECH. We generated in bulk. And generally not for the consumer markets. We sold to institutions, companies, and municipalities. With the hype over, market down, our generators are off. So now I have to buy from a source. I worked on the automation , water sourcing, and salt sourcing. Reading BRIOTECH's website, they say all the right things. I have test strips for this level of HOCL, 500PPM. When I tested my spray bottle of HOCL from BRIOTECH, it exceeded 500ppm, which is not uncommon when generating HOCL, since for the first 30days, the PPM can drop it's most (usually 100ppm or less), than is stable for a few months, than can degrade. The months of stability depends on many factors in the generation process and the water and salt. As well as storage and the container it's in, and temperature. HOCL does have a shelve life, when generated with the best practice, best water and salt, and an efficient generator, can easily be over 90 days IMHO. EPA says only 30 days shelf life for HOCL, but that's based on a long winded standard that looks at a point of % change to say something is not effective any longer. Hospital grade is 500ppm or more. General use is 200-300ppm. IIRC, direct no rinse food use is 15ppm. Beside the PPM, PH matters, and Temp matters, so it's a bit more complicated than just measuring the ppm. Just buy fresh, don't store a lot, and only dilute with distilled, quality water. HOCL from a dual stream generator, is a million times better than the single stream generators sold for home us. For a far more stable and effective product, best to buy from a reputable source. I do not know if BRIOTECH is , trying to figure that out. I have a cup of this HOCL evaporating now, to see what's left afterwards. There is always some trace of salt, can't help it, and so far that's all I'm seeing. Taste is fine, not too salty, so seems it's a modern efficient generator. But w/o a larger sample, it'll be hard to tell. And it's really batch by batch anyway. Water polishing, salt sourcing, and tuning of the generator, cleaning of tanks/vats/totes, all matters. Some HOCL generating companies wont use medical grade salts, but use solar salt, which is not acceptable to me at all IMHO. We've run test batches to prove it and I've spent a lot of time speaking with Salt manufactures about the process of solar salt and bulk salts Vs food grade and medical grade salts. Bulk salt such as solar salt or aquarium just shouldn't be used for anything but clearing ice. (I've read about messes in home aquariums from "bad" salt batches, and once you look into sourcing and transportation of bulk source, you can understand where the issues come from) So when you let HOCL settle and or evaporate, sediments from the "bulk" (non medical grade) salt and salt itself will settle on the bottom. With Medical grade salts and highly filtered and RO water, this wont happen. Again, always a minute trace of "salt" in HOCL (how much is based on the efficiency and tuning of the generator). Can always taste it. Even happens with Medical grade. The more efficient best generators, use less salt, and have less salt in the final HOCL product, remember we are talking trace minute amounts, but it's there and can be tasted. So far, I give BRIOTECH 500 PPM HOCl a thumbs up. The only negative so far, is the clear bottle. HOCL is directly effected in a negative way by sun light. A clear or white bottle (w/o blockers designed in), should be kept in a dark cool cabinet. Light and heat directly speed up the "decay" of the HOCL. About HOCL.... Since we generated HOCL, all of our families in the company I worked for used it during the last few years. We all had small 4oz sprayers we carried for our hands, gallons in the home for everything else and for refills of the pocket sprayers and quart sprayers. HOCL is also the only natural element that can clean bio-film. It's been used to flush plumbing in buildings. Amazing the crap that comes out. HOCL nicely breaks down Biofilms w/o all the scrubbing where I've tried vinegar and baking soda in the past and it's failed. I've cut 500ppm HOCL 50/50 with distilled water when I want to soak something in a good volume of HOCL. Distilled water is important. Filtered or faucet water will provide a bio-loading to the HOCL , and the HOCL will go to work on it immediately, and basically "use it up", instead of the intended work. Besides using HOCL instead of normally sold hold hand disinfectants, we also use HOCL to clean our floor standing humidifier in our house after the winter is over. As well as our table top Ice maker, when the summer is over. I'd spray it on, let it soak, and paper towel off the items, if needed, a 2nd spray and soak, then wipe clean. HOCL is great stuff, it's used a lot in industry for food processing. It's sort of a sleeper that I think people can't believe its true. But from someone that came out of that industry from the last 3.5 years, it is that good, just have to find a reliable source that uses the best water, medical grade salt, and a very modern efficient generator and the best practices.

Actually works on pet odors!
This stuff works SO good on odors!! I have pets and a bunch of children who have their feet on the sofa all the time, as well as a senior cat with senior cat issues we deal with often, this removes all of the odor. I was really surprised. The spray bottle sucks though, it drops all over my hand and floor when I spray it so I put it in a different sprayer.
