Badgley Mischka Women's Lacie Pump

Hi All, Update on these shoes in July 2013:Just want to update everyone on this pair of shoes. They are beautiful, absolutely gorgeous!! I wore them the day of my wedding in August 2012. They were photographed by the photographer and the photos of them are beautiful. They were comfortable for awhile, HOWEVER I was on my feet all morning and day - into the evening time for the reception and at that point they started to pinch my feet. I didn't wear them in before wearing them the day of the wedding and my wedding day was hot. So to be fair, my feet probably swelled a bit due to the heat and running around. I wore them for most of the day - but they didn't last through the reception. So be forewarned, try to wear them in if you're going to wear these on your wedding day for hours on end. If you don't want to wear them in because they're too lovely, wear some comfortable shoes for the reception! I switched into my tried and true usual Christian Dior strappy wedding shoes (they are YEARS old but really comfortable and can dance in them despite being high heels), and still maintained my height in my wedding dress after I took off these ones!I absolutely love these shoes! I am planning to wear them to my wedding this summer. They pair PERFECTLY with my bridal gown. Note: I ordered the white satin shoes and they seem a bit more on the ivory side which is great for me since my dress is off-white. I was worried when they came they would be 'too white' but the white satin shoes are actually a bit ivory in color. They are really elegant and classy - the rhinestone ornament doesn't make them look cheap at all - it actually provides a sparkle and elegance. Suggest to order one size up - based on other reviews, I ordered a 6 1/2 and I'm normally a size 6 and the shoe fit perfectly when it arrived. These shoes also come with a Badgley Mishka shoe bag and were nicely wrapped in tissue paper. I love the heel height! When I was younger, I would wear very high heels all the time - now my feet hurt after that experience so I tend to look for a lower heel. These aren't too low or high in height but are 3 inches high - perfect! i tried them on originally in Bloomingdales and found them cheaper on Amazon - thanks Amazon for providing the same shoes at a lower price point! I can't wait to wear them to my wedding. They seem so comfortable walking around my apartment in them and I feel I can wear them all day and night on my wedding day and still be fine. Originally the shoes I had considered were a 4 inch heel but they were so uncomfortable, I returned them and started searching around for something more feasible - and these were it! Thanks for the great buy!

I fell in love with these shoes the second I opened the box, but unfortunately, they stood out like a sore thumb when I tried them on with my ivory dress. The white satin and leather construction is the nicest I've ever owned, and the silver/crystal brooch on the toe was gorgeous. The detailed shape of the brooch isn't evident; it's simply sparkly - which is originally what I was looking for. The shape of the front is lovely; a cheaper pair by Audrey Brooke (almost a direct knockoff of the Lacie) was attractive but not as well styled or constructed.They do run small, as I have seen with the other Badgley Mischka formal shoes. I actually ordered a 7.5 and an 8. The 8 felt slightly loose in one heel (that foot is slightly smaller) and slipped a bit when I walked, but the 7.5 was painfully tight after 10 minutes of convincing myself that they fit. I elected to return these because of the shade of the fabric, but otherwise I would have worn them with a heel insert on one side.These would be a great shoe for a bride in true or diamond white. Finally, I convinced myself that shoes don't matter in order to squeeze a few more dollars from the wedding budget, but when I tried them on next to the cheaper brand, I totally noticed a difference in the quality, fit, and my overall confidence. If you can find these at a good price, go for it!

I read through a bunch of reviews before choosing these shoes to wear as my 'something blue' on my wedding day. Many reviewers advised buying a size up because Badgley Mischka fits small. I normally wear a size 9 and so I ordered them in a 10. I'm glad I did. The shoes fit well and I could walk around for a while without being in agony (I did eventually switch to my flats for dancing since I'm not used to wearing heels).The shoes overall are very pretty and well made. The navy blue is gorgeous and pretty true to the color you see online. The rhinestone brooch is sparkly and adds the perfect touch of glam. They are pricey - this was definitely a splurge for me. The good thing is that they are not wedding-y. I plan to wear them again fand again in future, for a nice evening out or other occassions.

I purchased & returned three pairs of shoes before finding these for my wedding day. The Lacie pump in pink (at a great price- thank you Amazon!) is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted elegant & special shoes for my wedding, but did not want a 4 inch plus heel- which most fancy designer pumps have. My fiance is just tall enough that I can wear these (with a 3 inch heel) and not be taller than him. They are very easy to walk in (and I am a klutz), and so far feel very comfortable.Words cannot describe how much I love this color- they are just the right touch of pink to be a 'color', but still feel very neutral & classic.I was very happy that previous reviewers discussed the size and warned that they run small. I typically wear between an 8 1/2, and the only size available when I purchased these was 9 1/2. I was very nervous that they would be huge- but they fit perfectly. I highly recommend these shoes!

pros: The shoe is beautiful, the color is amazing, makes a beautiful "something blue". cons: The decoration at the toe of the foot, rubs terribly, I initially ordered an 8 which i tried to break in but was almost crippled in the process, so Iordered a halfsize larger it was better, but I still experienced discomfort where the rhinestones meet the foot.Despite the product being labeled as new, I did not recieve the storage satchel that comes with the shoe nor the heel replacements, which comes standard with badgley mischka shoes, and it made me question the authenticity of the product, but it was my wedding shoe and I didn't have time to replace it again.Overall it did the job, it's a beautiful shoe, not the most comfortable at the toe, but the heel and foot padding is nice.

I ordered a half size up in these shoes as many of the previous comments recommended to and they fit perfectly. I have never ordered any shoes online before and was very happy with how these fit!

Beautiful shoes but a lot too small. Ordered a size 4 which is what I normally take but don't think a 5 would have been too big. Will definately buy this make again as the shoes were to die for
