Would the motopower mp00205b 12v 1000ma be suitable for minibus?

The instructions say it's suitable for batteries rated up to 30Ah. It's unlikely a minibus has such a small battery. In fact, I don't know what cars will have such a small battery.

I have this charger. Just to clarify, when charging the red light is solid and flashing green means nearly charged and solid green fully charged ?

Yes you are totally correct. Great little charger as it will not overcharge, it cuts off when the solid green is lit. Adrian

Can this be used while car alarm is still running as stored outside

Mine is, however, the unit it’s self needs to be out of the weather, I extended the power lead (using waterproof connectors bought on Amazon) to give me extra cable between the outside socket and the unit, the unit is kept under the bonnet, If you plan to use an extension lead, all of the power sockets need to be protected of course from the wet.
