Watch is as cool as it looks, build quality is great, feels almost like a G-Shock. The X1 is solid but light and very comfy to wear, the recessed buttons are perfect.Amoled display is very nice and the fact it stays on all the time is bonus.Features are great and Step Counter, Heart Beat and Blood Pressure are pretty accurate. Calculator was unexpected feature is a bonus but not needed really.Charging is a doddle as its magnetic and the battery life... 2 weeks :)The strap is also worth mentioning, the sliders that hold the strap have little lugs on the inside, so they hold the watch strap in place and do not slide at all, very pleasing.The phone App is a doddle to set up and use as well and gives a nice overview of your stats.As for the company... well I have dealt with customer service first hand, and I can honestly say they are great, they will go above and beyond to assist you and solve any issues or enquiries you have within hours.All in all, a great looking watch packed full of features, killer battery life and realistically priced.Worth buying and truly fantastic customer support,

If its just a basic watch you are looking for it's fine. If its a watch which gives fitness feedback you want , it's not great and very much over priced. I'm a regular gym goer and the fitness stats were very inaccurate compared to my garmin watch and the machine monitors and the sports modes were fidderly to use with poor feedback reviewing on the app.Looks fine, and offers lots of modes but very very limited in its accuracy.If its a waterproof watch your looking for and not interested in the health modes its OK. I requested a refund which was approved by Amazon and I also had an email from the supplier expressing their concern with my dissatisfaction and apologies. I have to say their customer service was outstanding and responsive and was very helpful and I'm very impressed with their levels of customer care with a refund processed the same day.

I like the design and look of this watch. It is of excellent quality for a reasonable price. All the functions are working well. Only downside is occasional minor disconnecting.

I just bought the watch for its looks, I'm not bothered about doing fitness tracking. Because I have small wrists the retangler face fits my wrists perfectly. The watch suits my needs I can get notifications from emails, texts twitter etc. A great watch and is good value for money.

The watch is perfect thank you its not to big or bulky so its unwerable and it is comfy u dont even notice ur wearing it the screen is very clear and easy to manuver your way around the diffrent features and settings the app also is eay to work

Screen is very good, the functionality (the apps) are plentiful and accurate, battery life is exceptional it is also a nice size. Definitely would recommend.

Maybe I was unlucky, maybe I received a watch which was made at the end of a long Friday, and the watchmaker needed to get home to a sick child, or a poorly dog. What ever the reason, the watch I received spent more time on charge than it did on my wrist.Shame really, was a lovely looking watch, very clear display and seemingly quite accurate on steps etc.Interaction with the seller/supplier was great.Sadly I couldn't get much more than 24 hours without the need for recharging.I tried the suggested reset, lowered the brightness to the equivalent of Bob Cratchetts candle but still the power hungry beast demanded more juice, the same was as Seymour was tied to his plant, I was reliant on the national grid to feed the Tank X1.

It is an OK watch. The battery is good, after 6 days starting from 33%, it's only down to 19% with Steps, BPM, O2 and Sleep Monitoring.While the interface is quite easy to understand and use, it is also usable with an Android or Apple phone - especially to see the weekly, monthly numbers as well as better graphics than on the watch screen. While the app is convenient and intuitive, it might still benefit a little extra polish.
