The mounting bracket is very poorly constructed The bolt on the one I got just slides right though the openings on the mount and so will not allow it to mount securely as it won’t tighten.. if the manufacturers welded a nut onto the frame for the bolt to go through rather than just the plate metal it would give the thread on the bolt more grip to the otherwise sturdy feeling product.

So as I'm sure a lot of us do I love to watch movies in bed. But I often find myself getting infuriated by the fact that the tablet falls over if I move slightly. And while I don't mind holding it, on these colder nights, it's just better to have your hands under the covers.So I spent some time thinking about how I could solve my issue, and then I found this!It's very well built and can hold the weight of a regular iPad which also has a heavy case on it, I'm not sure about the massive iPad pro, but I think the 10.5 one would be alright too! The middle joint can be tightened to keep it on position and the tablet grip is quite strong. It also has soft grips to not damage the clamping surface and also pads around the tablet holder to not scratch it.Overall a really cool product that will solve the issue I'm sure a lot of people have!

It is alright but when the ipad is pointed down to film it falls and the claws are slippery .

I held off writing a review for this item for 6 months to give it a chance to prove itself.With lots of moving parts and heavy iPads attached to it, I did not think it would last long.This has exceeded all expectations.It is as sturdy and firm today as it was when I unboxed it half a year ago, and I use it every day.A very well engineered design, I cannot say if other similar products are better or worse, all I can say is that this one was money well spent.If you need a flexible iPad arm to hold your tablet in place, but also allows it to move freely to other positions, then this is the one for you.

Product advertised as up to 12.9 inch. However it most certainly does NOT fit 12.9 inch iPad Pro by a fairly large margin.Construction is fairly standard for this price point. Cheap and nasty. Wouldn’t trust it with an expensive tablet.

This is a game changer! Use this for my tablet. It mounts on to my bedside table, mounts on to my camper van unit. Will mount anywhere. Great product.

The clam is really narrow, so it doesn't hold well and slips from most edges.
