Good Product
Seems to be wider than previous item making it more difficult to shape, I can use on other projects if a 2mm version was available it would work for my work. Actual product is good just not what I was expecting.

I love this decorative lead strip!
I've been wanting to do some decorative lead work and glass painting for a while and recently discovered the Regalead 3mm self adhesive lead strip and the glorious Pebeo Vitrail Transparent glass paint collection. The lead is thick enough to make good outlines and easy enough to bend to curved shapes and comes with a handy boning tool for smoothing and sealing it to the glass. I bought 20 metres and have used most of it just doing one side of the glass, it had been my intention to replicate my design on the other side of the glass to give depth however I don't think it needs it. With regards the Pebeo Vitrail transparent paints, there are 9 colours in the collection and a bottle of lightening medium. All of the coloured paints are completely transparent and can be lightened with the lightening medium, however the white paint seems to have an opaque effect which I didn't really want on this piece. when the sun shines through the glass or it is lit from behind, the effect is really lovely. You can build up layers of paint if you allow it to dry for a while or for more dramatic effect use the full strength paint and allow it to pool to give greater depth of colour. It was my first attempt at lead work and glass painting for many years and it was so easy and enjoyable, I can't wait to start my next project. It would be great if you could get the lead strip in 1.5 or 2mm width.

3mm Leading
Unfortunately the lead in the packaging was not correct the label on packaging says 3mm wide but the reel was 6mm wide (this was printed on the plastic reel side) with a center crease so each side was 3mm. Had to return
