I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and I feel like I have a bit more focus and energy throughout the day. The capsules are easy to take, and there’s no weird aftertaste. Definitely a nice addition to my daily routine.

I tried taking shilajit in powder and slime formats, but the taste is too much for me. So, pills like this are the way to go, and this has the added bonus of ginseng as well. This seems to be high quality, with high potency ingredients and no weird fillers. Price seems reasonable for the quality and package size.

Update: still 10/10, best shilajit I used from tiktok, give me so much energy and avoid the burnt tire taste from resin. Real deal, they even have coa on their w site unlike others I couldnt even find webites let alone a certificate.
