I loved this backpack, it is smaller than something I’d usually go for but compartments were great. I was able to use the 2L water bag, store all of my hiking essentials. I really appreciated the waist strap, it’s definitely something I look for.

I purchased two of these packs to replace our camelbacks. Loved the camelbacks but they had absolutely no storage. This is a great day pack, just enough room to not only carry but organize everything I need, and it holds water without leaking. I was able to put full size binoculars in the pack along with first aid, snacks, sunscreen, keys, phone, and bear spray. When fill the weight was good, fit well, and felt good. They packs are well made and seem durable.

I was looking for a replacement of a bag I bought a number of years ago by a well-known backpack and sports accessory company but they seemed to have discontinued the model. This National Park Foundation backpack is almost identical to the old one I needed to replace. I like it because it is small enough to be very light and not very intrusive when lightly packed, but with enough space and pockets to carry a day's worth of stuff. I use it for long bike rides when I need 1) hydration beyond the two bottles my bike can carry; 2) extra nutrition for day long rides; 3) multiple clothing options for weather changes, e.g. rain gear, wind breaker, bike shoe covers, etc.; 4) extra battery power for my bike computer and iPhone; 5) and even a small collection of bike tools, CO2 cartridges and tubes. If I was really organized, I could probably even get away with using it for a two day - one overnight trip.I also use it on day hikes, packed pretty much the same way, minus the bike specific stuff.

My old hydration pack had almost no room for additional items so I needed an upgrade. I narrowed it down to this and one other, which I both tried… I ended up keeping this one and I’m glad I did. Took it for a week-long trip to Grand Teton and Yellowstone and it was awesome! Held more stuff than I needed it too and lots of water, never ran out while out on the trail. We’ll made and looks good too. Highly recommended!

I like that it stays in place on my runs.

I was planning on using this for various hiking trips around national and state parks, but due to its size its only good for day hikes. I'd say this is sized for kids, not adults.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loved that. She is a hiker and said that this was the best gift she ever received. Thank you Amazon for selling this it’s her go to wild hiking.
