Let me be honest, I am a hot sauce snob, I need it to be the perfect balance of heat and flavor. I like hot but I still want to taste my food and this delectable sauce hits all the bases. I have added it to my eggs, soup, taco salad, and anything else that needs a boost of flavor and heat. It’s made in small batches and fermented so it’s good for you to boot! Everyone should add this next level hot sauce to their rotation!

Wonderful hot sauce with an excellent kick!!
Love, love, love TeeJay! So far, I have mixed it into an aioli to serve with roasted veggies, I have mixed it with ketchup and lime juice to make a sauce for boiled shrimp and I have mixed it into mango and pineapple salsa for an excellent salsa with a kick! I have already gone through my first bottle and just cracked open my second!!! Sure a pure and unadulterated habanero flavor. Wonderful!!!

I have eating hot sauces since I was 9 years old. This is definitely one of the best I have ever tried in my life! I have being to Mexico, Thailand and other places where they really now about hot sauces, and this one is at the top of the top! Bravo for this unique and marvelous sauce!! I give it the highest mark possible!!

Perfect flavor!!
I bought this salsa to surprise my husband! He is a big fan of any Mexican salsa and he loved it!We have enjoyed with burritos and taco salads and it’s delicious.

Leaking. Taste ok. Wouldn't buy again
I love most hot sauce , tried something new with this and it wasnt the one. Smelt off. Taste was ok. Smell over powered the experience
