Exactly as I’d expect from some clamps, and I like the color. Great price and quality.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these clamps that were about $5 each. They are about half the price of my usual brand purchases. They are slightly heavier, but the slides work well and the clamping/stop clamp doesn't slip at all. The finish on the struts is not as smooth and refined as the Bessey clamps, but then again they are workhorses not showpieces. Time will tell but I'm optimistic that these may become my new go-to clamps. As a cabinet builder, you "can never have too many clamps". Although that sounds like a bit of a silly euphemism it is just flat out true! I have about 80 now in different sizes and add more for each cabinet set. I still run out of clamps during glue-ups and have to wait for some joints to set before finishing others. I do not have any of this brand longer than 12" but am going to try them out too. Interestingly enough, the light blue color turns out to make the specific clamps stand out and are more noticeable when you are looking for that specific clamp.

Good weight to these, smooth action on the release, and handle very easy to screw to good pressure. I got these to glue up curves glulam beams so good amount of pressure to clamp down. Had issue with one clamp but customer service sent a replacement right away and those worked great. For the project I had to get some last minute additional clamps at local Ace which were Irwins with similar specs. The problem with those was that the release jams so they need a good jolt to free them. The Shalls have a much better release so easy to handle one handed.

They seemed like they would be good and sturdy. But the first time I used these was to clamp a couple pieces of wood I was glueing up. And 2 of the 4 broke. In one of the pictures you can see the crack, while on the other a piece broke off.I was very disappointed,.To update my review, SHALL contacted me within 1 day after I posted the review above and offered a full refund and to send a replacement. They were very professional. Therefore, I am raising the rating to 3 stars because they are standing behind their product. If these hold up better I will revise again.

These are sturdy the adjustments are smooth. Good size choices, two of each.

I was look for clamps for some garage woodwork and these work great. Shipped nicely, clamping is good, worth the money. Approved by an old woodworker.

I’ve had cheap F clamps before and I only seem to get a few months before they start slacking. These seem much better. Built a lot better, strong gripping power, comfortable handles. I Get a feeling I will get years of use out of these.

No sé cuánto tiempo durarán, pero para encolar al hacer tableros me funcionan estupendamente, el tiempo lo dirá con el día a día en el taller de carpintería.

Ich habe schon 1993 bauartgleiche Zwingen, aber ich hatte immer das Gefühl, daß sie mit 400 mm Spannweite zu lang sind, wenn man zum Beispiel, auf zwei Leisten liegende Platten aufeinander zu leimen hat. Bei einer Steckleiter kommt einfach noch eine Verlängerung dran.- Bei der Marke mit den blauen Farbtupfern gibt es zum Teil auch Zwingenverlängerungen, welche man sich aber mit einem Weniger an Spannkraft und Richtungsstabilität erkauft.Also tat ich mir die Freude und habe mir gleich 4 von diesen spannenden Kleinigkeiten geleistet. - Und ja es ist eine erhebliche Erleichterung, wenn man mit nur einer freien Hand nur mal eben schnell Um-Spannen kann...
