where is this product made?

I don't see exactly where it is manufactured but it does say "Sold by SC Johnson and sons Inc. Racine, WI USA ". I can tell you it works well. I work nights and I am outside almost the entire night. I wear shorts and spray this on my legs. It has a slight sweet scent almost like cotton candy. It goes on dry and is not greasy or oily at all. I really don't like insect sprays that are oily and smell like Deet.

Yes it has a fresh kind of fruity scent. I believe they make a non-scented one though.

is this reef friendly?

Because reef safe or reef friendly are not regulated claims, there is no guidance about what evidence is required to support the concept. However, all of our products undergo rigorous safety evaluations which take into consideration their use and potential adverse effects on humans and the environment. SC Johnson products, including repellents, meet or exceed the high standards and regulations set by government regulatory agencies in countries in which they are sold.

My cans do not have an expiration date.
