I’ve been really enjoying this IQJOE instant coffee. The taste is smooth and surprisingly rich for an instant option, not too bitter and easy to drink even without sugar. I love that it comes in individual sticks — super convenient for busy mornings or when you’re on the go. What stood out to me is that it really does feel “jitter-free.” I get a nice energy boost without the usual anxiety or crash that regular coffee sometimes gives me. The added magnesium and adaptogens are a nice bonus — it feels like a more balanced kind of energy. I also like the variety of flavors included in the box — it keeps things interesting! The mocha and hazelnut were my favorites. Overall, a great option if you want a quick, functional coffee that’s easy on your body. I would definitely repurchase.

To be quite honest, I stumbled across this product while looking for lower priced alternatives to Sigmatic. I’d seen a few ads for Mudwtr and wanted to check it out. Until I saw the price, that is. Sigmatic is a little over $7 an ounce (!), while the Four Sigmatic blend is a little over $1 an ounce. A pretty significant price difference, I’d say. I know that caffeine is not good for anyone in large amounts and that we should all cut back or eliminate it from our diets. I’ve been on a kick where I’m trying to eat and drink healthier to try to avoid more health problems as I age. So back to the coffee The blend. Cutting back hasn’t worked too well because I need something to stay awake all hours of the day and night, and most of the caffeine alternatives are worse for me than drinking coffee. Mudwtr sounds like a great idea because it is supposed to look like coffee and taste good but only have mushrooms and adaptogens in it - an energy booster without the coffee and caffeine and all of the associated side effects. But it runs about $2 a cup - a little too expensive for me to sustain in the long term. I love the idea of it, but I’d have to cut down to one cup every day or two.

Wow! Quite a lot of caffeine! I should have researched better. 200mg -- about the equivalent of 2 cups of coffee! I was hoping for no more than 50mg, as many of my other mushroom coffees I've tried. I'm super sensitive to caffeine and mostly avoid it. I'm going to have to do about 1/2 a packet of this at a time. While I didn't really get "jitters" as-advertised, I definitely had a caffeine rush and it took a day to clear my system (so sleep was a bit rough). Love IQ products (mix and bar) and really wanted to love these too. So far the taste has been enjoyable, but not really a factor now since I will have to dilute with something caffeine-free.

Decided to give this a shot, and I must say that I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. It’s got a much clearer effect than typical coffee without the caffeine jitters or crashes — just constant energy from start to finish. Great starter set to try different flavors and see what works for you. Easy to mix, zero sugar, and really convenient.

I love these coffee packets. They are so easy to carry in your pocket or purse. I like the taste of all the varieties. They mix really fast and easily. The ingredients are healthy. Good value for me.

Coffee has a good taste but not what i expected

Such a good coffee for being instant. Love the variety pack,some a little sweet but adding extra water helps. Already thing of reordering except its expensive.

If you’re looking for true instant coffee, that is not sweet do not buy this product. Even the black coffee is sweetened.
