will the uk royal mail leave a parcel that needs signed for in these?

Before placing an order there is usually a text box available where you can instruct the delivery person where to deliver parcels etc if you’re not in. Simply just make a note in that box that you wish for your parcel to be delivered into the box and give a little description.

Can this box be painted? Really odd that there isn’t a brown option to blend with brickwork.

Sorry not sure. I assume it’s metal paint, but would have to withstand a lot of weathering as mine does with South facing sun, & heavy rain at times.

Is this water proof? As in does rain get into the parcel box and soak the letters/ parcels?

It’s absolutely water proof. I have been using it for a year now, it saw heavy rain, never leaked until now.

How many keys does this come with and is it possible to get more cut?

I had 6 keys with mine. Nothing special about the keys so I would expect that having extra keys cutt would not be a problem.
