Rubbish
Didn’t like it at all. Tried very hard to read it and got about a third of the way through. Then I had to give it. Honestly, it felt as if it was written by a child. So disjointed.

Fantastic read
I have been reading Narros books for a while. The writing gets better with every page. I enjoy how he took characters from another series and is slowly bridging alot of the world's he has previously written about. Excited to see the next book

slow to develop but good read
Wonderfully flawed characters. Interesting concepts. Love the writing. Looking forward to the next books in the series. Keep up the good work.

Takes a while to get it this one
While the magic and mayhem are good the are parts that are fillers and aren’t that inclusive for example the drinking game. To me it was superfluous and served no real point and was padding to me.

Good
I loved the book, but I hate that they make me write another book just to leave it some stars!

Great characters--hilarious
There isn't much world building, the magic isn't very powerful, the gods are weak and buffoonish, and the threats are not massively evil. So what makes the book worth five stars? The characters. They all have distinct personalities and their interactions are all believable and often hilarious, just like real people. Leon, in particular, is a work of art. I laughed aloud many times.
