My favorite supplement
Listen. I was taking only 1 gummy per day (the bottle recommends 3 per day) just to get a little extra fiber. I had also changed my diet to include more fiber, so when I finished the first bottle I decided that 1 gummy hadn't been doing much and I did not reorder. BIG MISTAKE. My digestion was totally messed up and just not happy for 2 weeks and this was the only thing I had changed. And guess what - now that I am back on the 1 gummy a day everything feels quiet and smooth again. I don't know if it's the prebiotic or the chlorophyll or what but I like the way it improves my digestion. I think the taste and texture is great and much better than other gummy supplements.

Enjoyable but never saw any differences
Really liked these. They are very enjoyable. Taste is good. I just don’t know if they did anything really. Never saw any difference. Possible waste of money.

I have been taking for awhile now and have not seen a difference in my bowl movements. But they are easy to make a little sweet for my but taste good.

Finally a fiber that works
I love this product? Flavor is amazing, texture is soft and not hard. I’m a person who struggles with digestive problems. I’m an abnormal person who just can’t any fibber if so I get bloated and have some awful gas but feel twice as bad as I started. These are the only fiber gummies that do the job without any pain. I highly recommend!!
