Brilliant item & cheaper than TikTok. Exactly same product at a lower price. Item is well made and easy to use. Great for building muscle mass providing a range of resistance from 1-20.

Well made and effective. Not sure if it's actually 200kg pressure though as it's not too hard to to push together on max setting. But t still gives you a good workout.

Works as it should. I prefer other chest equipment but can't knock it too much

It's a cool gadget but no way is it 200kg as my 8 year old daughter can do it. I have never been to a gym and have it on half way and do multiple reps on that and I couldn't be doing that at 100kg. ( correct form also ) but still a cool thing that seems to be pretty effective but not what the description states.

Should come with a health warning. I got costochondritis ( inflammation of the tendons in the chest ) from using it, even on a low setting, lasted about two months, a lot of discomfort. Avoid.
