Q: How do know what size to get

Black is light, pink is medium, and teal is heaviest. Compared to the plastic resistance bands, these definitely have a lot more resistance and don’t stretch as easily.

The band's width is around 3.35 inches and each band has a semicircumference between 13 inches to 16 inches. The smaller the semicircumference, the stronger the resistance: Leg Band, Color: Teal: 13 inches semicircumference Leg Band, Color: Pink: 14 inches semicircumference Leg Band, Color: Black: 16 inches semicircumference You may use them around your legs for an intense booty workout :) I hope we have helped you today. Q: How many bands do you get? Just one or all 3?

Hello JayRay, Thank you for your question. Our Limm Hip Bands Set can be bought in sets of 3, but you can also choose to buy individual hip bands. The Set of 3 should include all three levels of resistance. The individual hip bands option will only include 1 size/color. Q: The pink one was so difficult for me to use. Is the black band difficult to use too. Does it give at all?

It is slightly easier but still doesn’t give much. These bands are hard for me to use and I can’t get them to give much in stretch to make the workout effective. Out of all of them the black one is the best.
