750W Macerating Toilet System with 4-Inlet, Durable Pump, Extension Pipe - Easy Install, Space Saving

My husband remodels homes and this toilet worked great for a client's basement bathroom.

It’s a great toilet but videos say easy to install not true it takes quite a lot of time to install videos say less than an hour

I purchased this 750W Maceratingflo Toilet System about 5-6 months ago. It worked excellent until about 3 weeks ago, when the pump started sounding & acting bad. I left an online message on the Macereratingflo website, asking for the cost of a replacement pump unit. I was thrilled to learn it was under warranty, and they immediately sent out a new and free pump unit to me! I received it in only 3 days. This is a really good toilet system, with GREAT customer service!!

Very nice substitute for Saniflo - and several $$$ lower cost. It's quiet, efficient, and relatively easy to install. Some comments I read on this macerator were that it is loud. I disagree; it's certainly not an issue. (I put the macerator in the closet behind the toilet, but with it being so quiet, I wouldn't hesitate to install it in the bathroom [with the plumbing hidden in the wall] if there's ever a 'next time'.) The plumber said this was his first install of an upflush system and he was happy with the ease of installation. Some of the instructions could have used some greater detail and or graphics, but we figured it out. Minor issues are lack of escutcheons (I had to look that up! LOL) for covering the hole in the wall behind the toilet or behind the macerator; toilet seat isn't worth the weight to ship it (it'll be tossed very soon), and the water level in the tank means sometimes multiple flushes are required to clear all waste. All in all - a very good investment I think. We'll see how it performs in the months and years to come.

I cannot praise Macerating Flo and their customer service representative, Roth, enough. I ordered a 750W toilet but was immediately called away to China for a family medical emergency. Right after returning, I had to leave again for a two-month scientific survey. By the time I finally got home on June 13, 2026 and my plumber informed me I had purchased the wrong model, the official return window had already passed. I reached out to customer service explaining my situation, and Roth generously granted our return request anyway. It was incredibly nice to work with them. This company truly cares about its customers, and they have earned a loyal customer for life!

installed toilet directions suck, seat dont stay up wingnuts hit toilet when installing tank, leaks at pump to toilet flange tried everything to get it stop no luck. Been calling telephone number that came with it for 3 days all i get is no ring it says user busy. left message online for 24 hour call back no call back . found out its a chinese company figures why does amazon let these kind of companies sell products. read other reviews said great tech support thats a bunch of bull.

Easy to install and works well in our half-bath addition in our basement. There is some noise with flushing and draining from the sink, but it isn't excessive at all and would probably be quieter if the tank was recessed in the wall. We did not put ours in the wall but that is an option.
